I went to the hotel in a tired state at the end of the day, but they told me they couldn't confirm my payment and told me to wait, which was very annoying. (The reservation was fully paid for) The location was ambiguous, the water was running out of the shower booth, conditioner and body wash were not stocked, and both beds had stains on the bed covers. One even had hair. There was no refrigerator so I had to go to the lobby to get ice, and the staff wasn't very friendly and couldn't help solve the problem.
