So solo che i miei occhi hanno dovuto vedere cose inaccettabili,le mie orecchie hanno dovuto ascoltare cose improbabili,la mia bocca ha dovuto mangiare cose discutibili! Ho visto quattro stelle ... SCADENTI! Fate qualcosa per salvarvi ... Investite sulla sicurezza , sulle proposte culinarie, sul personale!!!

Un Weekend da dimenticare...arrivati in auto regolarmente parcheggiata all'interno della struttura munita di telecamere e cancello....Il giorno dopo vado per riprendere l'auto ma mi era stata rubata.....rappresento il tutto al Receptionist e al Direttore e senza un minimo di dispiacere la risposta e' stata non e' la prima volta .... nella zona stanno rubando molte auto....( Assurdo )....Struttura sperduta, lontana dai servizi, Receptionis molto scortese e inadeguato al ruolo, personale di sala molto scortese, distratto, frettoloso e poco attento alla clientela. Con le patatine fritte abbiamo richiesto ketchup e maionese e la risposta è stata ( sono terminati).... Riguardo le portate e la qualità del pranzo e cena nulla da dire...la colazione pessima..... Io e la mia famiglia con i nostri amici abbiamo avuto un 'esperienza molto negativa.... da pugliese non ci ritornerò più....

Sconsigliatissimo! Sono stata nella spa. Struttura decadente, receptionist uomo davvero scortese che ci ha letteralmente rimproverato per il ritardo ( di 4 minuti). Struttura poco curata. Nella stanza massaggio c'era volume musica troppo alto che ho chiesto di abbassare e oltre alle musiche poco rilassanti non c'era nessun profumo nemmeno accennato nella stanza. Sala relax tisane con pessimo panorama esterno( vetrate sporche e come panorama c'erano vasi vuoti e piante secche). Per non parlare dello spogliatoio che oltre a d essere vecchio non aveva nessun punto d'appoggio se nn un panca che dovevamo contenderci tra più persone. Insomma sicuramente da non ritornarci! Mai più

Pulizia poco raccomandabile,personale scortese proprietario scorbutico. Piscina interna con i bordi pieni di vermi,mancanza di bagnino e di tappeti antiscivolo. Non parliamo del cibo surgelato con peli,coca cola acquosa. Muri che perdono pezzi,tappeti sporchissimi. Direi di non ritornare.

Beautiful hotel, we were well received, we ate very well, very hearty meal. Good bedding, decent cleaning. We stayed 2 nights, no problem. We did not use the swimming pool because the days were busy.
