Absolutely fantastic beach chair service! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed for a relaxing day in South Beach. The chairs were comfortable, well-maintained, and perfectly placed for the best views. If you're looking for a seamless, relaxing day on the beach, this service is a must. 10/10 recommend!

Walk to the beach and they take care of you. With the weather changing quickly and violently, they took care of the umbrella and dry towels when we came back after the storm. Reliable no matter the day or time………………………………………….. …………………. ………..

We rented a shaded cabana on the beach only, and the experience was exemplary. Andrew and Maurice were very helpful. The large cabana cushion accommodated four, and the shade made it possible for us to enjoy the clean beach and warm ocean water all day. This is a quieter section of the beach, so recommended if you want to chill out and enjoy the beach, the breeze and the clouds.

Great service on the beach and at the front desk. The beach is beautiful and so is the pool! Great running path by the beach as well. The rooms are minimalist in good way and clean. They offer bikes although I didn’t get the chance to use one. Highly recommend

Andrew was a great host on the beach. Treated us with so much care and respect. Helped us feel at home and not like visitors. Almost like family. Great experience. The check in process made us aware of the beach perks, but Andrew’s service was above and beyond. Can’t wait to return.

Great service! Andrew was very helpful. Great location. Less crowded than South Beach and perfect for families since it’s between two different lifeguard stands. I come here every day to enjoy the beautiful beach without the hassle of bringing my own chairs and umbrella.

We stayed here for 2 nights with our kids ages 12 and 9. The hotel is nice but Brian made our entire trip. The first night, our room had no view. In passing, we said something to someone at the pool and next thing we know Brian found us and got us an amazing room for the second night. All of the staff is attentive and constantly checking on your stay but Brian went above and beyond.

Good morning Marriott Family, I’ve been looking forward to writing a review regarding the staff, location, and property of the AC Hotel Miami Beach. I flew into Miami two days early before joining a bachelorette party, so I could decompress before all of the events. I’m a Marriott gold member, so I also chose to fly in early to potentially take advantage of an upgraded room. Mya played a huge role in making my stay unforgettable. She kicked off my trip by placing me in an upgraded room that she informed me that she places her family and friends in! She knew it would more than satisfy my goal of finding a nice room to call home for the next couple of days, and it most definitely did! Coming back down to the lobby to explore the hotel, I was greeted by Bryan. He checked in on how I was doing and offered me a cold delicious welcome margarita. I felt so much joy and gratitude in my heart, and in my decision to stay at this hotel. The property allowed space for social networking with other vacationers, and I loved that Starbucks and the beach were only a few footsteps away! I wanted to shop for the bachelorette, so I approached the bartender on the main floor to ask him what are some frequent spots he’d suggest I’d venture to. I’m so happy he suggested Lincoln mall, because I ended up going both days I was there! It was less than a $20 uber round trip and it was full of music, stores, and restaurants. I ended up booking a cabana for my second day at the property, and felt well taken care of by Edwardo! I appreciate souls that bring their energy and smiles to work! You could tell he enjoyed his job and was happy to make the rooftop service experience a luxurious one. Even better that you could see the ocean from Cabana #5, which I ended up extending the rental to the remainder of the day. The soon to be bride decided to meet at my hotel to get freshened up before the brunch that would kick off her weekend. On our way out, Mya poured margaritas for the whole group, and kicked off the bride’s weekend with a toast and a smile. The hotel later suggested giving our group a cabana for the day if we selected to lounge around the hotel later in the day! On our way out, each Marriott member mentioned above including Juan made sure they sent us on our way with safe travel wishes and a smile! Thank you AC Hotel Miami Beach for making my, the soon to be bride, and the bachelorette party’s weekend top tier! It truly does make the trip that much more special when you have staff that do their best to make your hotel experience unforgettable.
