GOT TO HOTEL AND THEY HAD NO BOOKING FOR ME FROM TRIP.COM AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR ENDED UP HAVING TO MAKE MY OWN RESERVATION ON SITE AND PAY AGAIN

Near the airport, but the rooms seem old, also the breakfast area was really small and the breakfast was poor. The cleanliness of the rooms was ok but when we got out of the room we saw a Cockroach.

The facilities served us well, exceeding our expectations. The shuttle service also works well. Breakfast was satisfactory, with fruit, scrambled eggs, juice, and bread.

We were there 3 years ago and it changed our perspective. The hotel was remodeled and now has new and good facilities. It is a hotel to stay near the airport and get to know the city for a few days, after having spent a vacation for several days in the USA.

The hotel is being renovated so to get to my room I had to go up in the elevator and then carry my heavy bags down a flight of stairs because the corridor is blocked off. Not an ideal start. My room smelt strongly of sweat. The shower isn’t the nicest and it didn’t have a temperature gauge. The bed was comfortable. I wore earplugs because the air conditioning was incredibly loud, but I slept very well after my long flight!
The shuttle bus was not operating when I arrived into Miami airport because I was delayed 3 hours so arrived at 11pm, and the shuttle stops at 9:30pm which was disappointing.
The breakfast was very poor. Scrambled egg that tasted like it had been blended. Not a lot of other choices.
You get what you pay for and it was fine for 1 night but I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
