Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel. Pool with a nice view. Rooms a basic but very clean. Staff is very friendly and the food was good. The boys from the staff were performing a dance for us. It was great and we all had fun!
It was a bit hard to find because the location is not right on Google Maps. It is about 30 km from Miandrivazo towards Morondava. There is a sign at the road.

Sai che questo albergo non si trova nella città di Miandrivazo :) Infatti, il villaggio di Masiakampy si trova fuori della strada circa 30Km da Miandrivazo. Si tratta di un bel struttura ideale per quelli che vogliono viaggiare sul fiume di Tsiribihina. Meglio di arrivare a Miandrivazo presto se volete andarci perche il viaggio sulla pista è sconsigliato quando fa buio. ＞＞ Se il vostro viaggio va direttamente da Antananarivo a Morondava in 4x4 con una notte a Miandrivazo, questo hotel NON è per voi.

The room was extremely hot and we had no power for 11 hours. It was so hot we couldn't breathe. The problem, the staff told us in the hotel generator. If they can't accommodate a fan and a lamp, they shouldn't run the hotel in such an expensive price (90 euros for a double room without breakfast!). Also there were rats on the roof having a party all night. The water in the pool they advertise was green and murky. It hadn't been cleaned for ages. The only positive thing was that the staff was very polite although they don't speak a word of English or French.

The hotel consists of bungalows arranged around the open restaurant, near a beautiful swimming pool. The rooms are large and the bathrooms huge. The only flaw is the road to get there: several kilometers of bad dirt road divide it from the main road. We had to travel this very uncomfortable track late at night arriving from Antsirabè and it was not a good experience.

We stayed here overnight on our way from Kirindy to Tana. This hotel is not suitable for a short stopover. It is too far from the main route and can only be reached via a very bad road. It took us a lot of time but it didn't offer anything. The choice of food was chicken or chicken - but there was something else. In comparison, the food was mediocre at best and not exactly cheap. Otherwise, the facility didn't convince us either. The hotel seems to belong to a kind of hotel chain, so in our opinion it doesn't have anything particularly outstanding to offer that would have made the detour worthwhile. Overall, compared to what we have experienced in other accommodations of the same category, it was rather mediocre.
