酒店的服務堪稱一流，無論是前台工作人員還是餐廳的服務員，還是温泉的救生員都非常熱情，專業，他們會主動詢問客人的需求，及時解決問題。酒店的娛樂設施也很豐富，除了泡温泉還有很多小童遊樂區，健身房等 ，孩子們在遊樂區玩，我們就健身鍛鍊身體，互不打擾，很省心，酒店各方面都考慮的很周到，值得推薦。

酒店位置絕佳，空氣清新。温泉設施很不錯，感覺比峨眉山靈秀温泉還好。後面就是羅浮山，爬山觀景也很好。住的家庭房，設施比較適合低幼。有大齡孩子的家庭房就更好了。酒店整體比較適合家庭帶小娃娃來耍，還有很多遊樂設施。
