I recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort, and I can’t say enough good things about it! The property is exceptionally clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
The front door attendant was outstanding—he spoke English fluently and was incredibly helpful. He even arranged for us to step off the resort to explore and enjoy some local food, which was a great touch.
The entertainment staff truly made the trip special, keeping the vibe fun and lively every day. With multiple restaurants on-site and 24-hour room service, the dining options were fantastic. Everything felt so laid back, with no pressure, making it easy to relax and enjoy.
The highlight was on our last day when the kitchen staff surprised us with a delicious lunch by the pool before we left. It was such a thoughtful gesture and the perfect way to end our stay.
The only downside is the hour-and-a-half ride from Punta Cana Airport, but honestly, it’s worth it for the amazing experience this resort offers. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly, relaxing, and fun vacation spot!

One off the best
I have been on multiple resorts but I haven’t had so pleasant experience of service and quality food and beverage. Room are amazing. Not even hard rock resort can’t compare.

La peor experiencia en un hotel en construcción lleno de obreros, con un solo restaurante abierto, sin bartender ni servicio en piscina ni playa en fin una pesadilla no unas vacaciones en Punta cana. Llegamos en la noche tarde y al otro día al ver el escenario solicitamos cancelar, pague otro hotel por expedía y aún no me quieren devolver el dinero de esta obra que no se le puede llamar hotel para vacacionar. Espero nadie vaya sin saber que es una pura estafa. Es decir no está apto para vender.
