Kamers zagen er heel mooi uit, op de site. In het echt was het wat minder, maar wel prima. Trappenhuis was vies. Veel stof en andere dingen. Bij aankomst was er geen receptioniste, maar ze kwam wel snel aanlopen. ‘s Avonds toen we “thuiskwamen”, was de receptioniste meer geïnteresseerd in haar telefoon dan in de gasten. Er kon nog net goedeavond vanaf. Maar ze keek ons niet aan. Bed was vreselijk. We rolden naar elkaar toe. Prullenbak in de douche , deksel was vastgezet, althans geprobeerd, met een schroef die helemaal uitstak. Niet best voor kleine kinderen. Ontbijt was ok, op de mieren na die overal liepen. We gaan er geen 2e keer heen.

Dit hotel is het meest smerige hotel wat ik in ruim 40 jaar reiservaring heb gezien: badkamer vol schimmels, evenals de ramen, gordijnen met een dikke vet- en stoflaag bovenop (hoeveel jaar al niet schoongemaakt?), verdachte vlekken op de vloer, .... Na een klacht bij de receptie kwamen ze met wat cash als tegemoetkoming. Het ging ons niet om dat geld, maar om een kamer waarin we eigenlijk niet konden verblijven. Aangezien verder alles vol zat hadden we geen keuze. Eigenlijk mogen ze helemaal geen geld voor zo’n kamer vragen; hij zou niet verhuurd mogen worden. Het aanwezige personeel kon niet anders doen dan onze klachten beamen, en gaven toe dat ze zelf ook niet in zo’n kamer zouden willen slapen. Schande.

Nice clean and efficient hotel. We arrived after a long day at 2200hrs. Check was quick and efficient. Unfortunately, the food service stopped at 2100hrs but they offered to cook us pizza which was very kind and absolutely delicious. Parking was easy and plentiful. Rooms are clean, well equipped and perfectly functional. I will definitely be using this hotel in the future.

Spent 3 nights at the hotel, fantastic location 15 minutes walk to the centre and 5 minutes walk to the train station. Receptionist Joelle went above and beyond to help when I had to extend my stay for an extra night...... first class customer service. Would highly recommend.
