Hotel bien situé, propreté correct, chambre spacieuse, lits relativement confortable . Par contre le canapé lit: canapé mauvaise assise et en lit matelas de 10cm, pour enfants correct mais pas pour des adultes . A améliorer : faire la literie du pour le canapé lit ou prévenir que c’est à nous de le faire. Personnel très arrangeant bien que froid. Nous étions au premier étage et en effet la terrasse est peu sécurisée pour les enfants cfr avis précédents . Nous n’y avons passé qu’une nuit sans utiliser les ustensiles ou nécessité de cuisine . Nous recommandons cet hôtel pour son emplacement.

Apartment on the ground floor Not a single window for ventilation. We were supposed to leave the front door open so that everyone could look in. All other guests had to walk past our door. Who wants that? It was around 30 degrees in the apartment. We were shown the ventilation system that was installed, which was not working noticeably. It never cooled down, although the outside temperature at night would have allowed it. Anyone renting out apartments in a summer holiday area should either provide air conditioning or real ventilation options. An apartment with no windows for ventilation in a tube-shaped structure is not tolerable and it is unacceptable to rent it out in summer. The toilet was separate and had a squeaky sliding door. Since no one could close their door due to the temperature, everyone was awake when someone had to go to the toilet in the night. Not allowing departure until 9 a.m. is also not customer-friendly on long journeys. Especially since you have to leave by 10 a.m. anyway! I have traveled to many countries, but this was a low point. Not being able to sleep properly at night because you're sweating ruins your holiday relaxation. Never again!

We arrive on a Sunday, dirty apartment, dust everywhere, sheets not changed, disgusting toilets, full of sand everywhere... the excuse of the lady at reception is that they didn't have time to check the room. Sofa full of stains and on the sheets a sanitary towel... A horrible experience. The only positive point is the proximity to the sea. The lady at reception makes racist remarks when we make the remark about the cleanliness that she is 27 years old that she wants to live her day in peace and that she is not the owner of the place. Shameful. We had to wash the apartment ourselves at 100€ per night, it's excessive. Dishes not washed and we go on 🤮🤮🤮
