Stayed here for 2 nights with my family and unfortunately, it was not a great experience. Check-in: pretty fast, however we have booked a Superior rooms, which supposed to have 2 single beds + sofa. Neither of the rooms had a sofa and one of the rooms had a double bed, which was uncomfortable. When asked on the reception, we were informed that these ARE a superior rooms (sic!). As we had really busy schedule, we couldn't spend a lot of time arguing with the reception. On the check-out we have informed the reception again about the problem - and we have received an information that we should have asked about rooms which were renovated (how could we know?) and the lady at the reception told us that she can't be responsible for incorrect check-in by her colleague. No apologies, nothing. Rooms were quite small, the air condition was really loud - so either you need to sleep with some noise, or you have high temperature in the summer. Cleanliness in the rooms was OK. Parking was free of charge which was a nice surprise. Breakfast - limited selection of foos, I would say like 2-start hotel. Also on a second day - there was pretty mothing available around 9 AM and the staff was not really eager to refill. Not great experience. Summarizing - I will definitely choose another hotel on my next stay - I did not get a customer experience I expected in a 3-star hotel.
