Our one night stay was great. The room and bathroom was comfortable and clean for us a family of 4; extra towels were promptly provided. The A/C and the fan worked very well. We ordered dinner and it was ready faster than we expected about 45 minutes and it was fresh and delicious. The breakfast was basic but we were satisfied. The staff are young friendly people. Richard the manager is very pleasant and helpful. We were able to arrange for a safari vehicle through the hotel and got a better price than we were quoted elsewhere.

Hot water did not work in the evening
Service at the hotel was very poor staff did not understand English
At check out credit card machine not working and we had little cash at the time
