The four-star service is for the front desk who checks in during the day. I can't complain about the front desk on duty at night. The discrimination is so serious that I am speechless. The hotel facilities are good. It is also one of the few hotels in Europe that has slippers.

It's not far from the train station, but it's a bit tiring to walk. The subway station is closer than the train station, and the row behind the main road is relatively quiet.

There is parking under the hotel, even though it is a bit expensive in Meekezi location. The rooms are large enough and the facilities are sufficient.

Located near main shopping area.
However hotel is not luggage friendly, long flight of stairs to go into hotel, lifts are incredibly small.
No help received to move luggages when checking out.
Heater is fantastic but lack ventilation in the rooms.
Hotel has no hair conditioner and needs to request for bathrobe.
Service staff is not very friendly.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Good location. Services were very good. Pillow menu to choose comfortable pillow for good sleep. Overall good experience
