Prenotato tramite Booking, una camera familiare per quattro per una notte. Scopriamo all'arrivo che l'ascensore non funziona e che avremmo dovuto fare due piani a piedi con le valigie. Di fronte alle mie rimostranze, il personale mi rassicura sul fatto che,nel giro di un paio d'ore, i tecnici avrebbero riparato il guasto. Questo non è avvenuto. Inoltre all'appartamento assegnatoci si accede attraverso una porta antipanico che avrebbe dovuto garatire la via di fuga, in caso di incendio, dal nostro appartamento. Questa potenziale via di fuga è rimasta ostruita per tutta la durata del soggiorno da un sacco contenente gli asciugamani sporchi dei vari appartamenti, probabilmente fermi da giorni in quel punto a causa del guasto all'ascensore. Sconsigliato.

We stayed in this property and our experience was terrible. Rude and rude staff, our room smelled badly due to the humidity, the room and bathroom were dirty. In an era where the customer must be pampered, the staff present does exactly the opposite. To be rejected and not recommended

Excellent accommodation at an adequate cost. Clean and well-kept. Not far from the Bande Nere metro stop and therefore convenient for San Siro. Not very central but well connected. Pastry shop, restaurant and 24 hour grocery store just a few meters away.

If you travel alone or as a couple it is the worst possible value for money. keep away! it's not a hotel, it's not a B&B, it doesn't have the amenities of a rented apartment, what is it? I found something that should resemble an apartment but without basic amenities such as an oven, then no safe, no coffee machine, no colander, a kettle that is unusable because it has a Shuko socket (there isn't a Siemens socket in the whole place). apartment...), then a traditional pan unusable with their induction hobs, no tablecloths, dusting rags, pot holders, only 1 tea towel..., no bidet and sink plugs, light above the door that doesn't even illuminate itself, a fridge where it rains inside and last but not least: it is not soundproofed, it seems like there are cardboard walls which in an 8-storey building imagine what it means: you only sleep if they sleep next to and above... On the other hand it cost the same as a room in a 4 star hotel and not happy they charged separately, cleaning not included in the booking cost

Extremely clean, spacious, bright and comfortable structure. Strategically positioned just a few minutes from the “Bande Nere” metro station A, from which it is possible to reach the whole city. The area is well served (supermarkets, bars etc.) and quite quiet. The staff were courteous and helpful. Truly recommended.

I stayed one night in this property with my family. I must honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised. Very very clean and fragrant apartment, complete with everything, even a dishwasher. Very comfortable bed and pillows, large and functional bathroom, fresh and welcoming environment. The area is convenient as it is a 7-minute walk from the M1 metro and full of restaurants, bars and supermarkets, the closest of which is open 24 hours a day. The staff at the Hall were knowledgeable and extremely courteous. I would definitely go back and therefore recommend it to everyone.
