The hotel is cool, it’s beautiful, tasty, stylish. There is something to strive for in terms of improving the quality of service so that escalators break down less often, but in general everyone is trying, we like everything.

В общем, господа и дамы, редко когда отель попадает в ту самую точку, которая становится мерилом качества для всех последующих вариантов. Это и жаль и прекрасно одновременно. Жаль, потому что, судя по тому, что такое случается крайне редко, со всеми прочими отелями придется где-то сказать, что не дотягивают. А хорошо, потому что на 43 году своей жизни наконец-то встречаешь то самое качество, к которому невозможно придраться, даже если подумаешь именно на эту тему. Что можно сказать про отель, это просто фантастика, это тот самый вариант именно отельного качества, сделанный для русских, потому что именно мы там основной клиент. Что же хочется сказать (тут хочется всё перечислить: от внимательнейшего персонала везде, до прекрасной еды, подаваемой как искусство; от уборки номера не только днем, но и вечером (когда вы приходите, а шторы зашторены, у кровати с обеих сторон свежее полотенце, тапочки (очень уютные) и бутылка воды со стаканом у каждой стороны кровати, до прекрасного алкоголя по системе всё включено (вдова клико и т.д.). И главное! Всё это даже дешевле, тем тот же Six senses, который до сей поры был фаворитом. Смело ныряйте в отдых, который ощущается как настоящий и незабываемый. зы Большое спасибо всей команде персонала отеля и особенно нашим консьерж подругам - Ольге и Татьяне, которые сделали всё, чтобы отдых удался, без них, он бы точно был другим.

Jakuzili odada konakladık ve müthiş bir deneyimdi. Oda da lazım olabilecek çoğu şey mevcut detaylı bir şekilde. Balayı için keyifli bir otel ve yemekleri lezzetli. Neredeyse her akşam yemeğini Asma‘da geçirdik ve oradaki servis eden personelden çok memnun kaldık, özellikle Selvi hanımdan. Yemeği baya lezzetli ve her zaman tazeydi. I recently stayed at Lujo Hotel with my family, booking a total of three rooms at different times through *******. My experience was mostly wonderful, but there was one significant issue that marred our stay.
When I was searching for hotels on *******, I came across Lujo Hotel and was impressed by the variety of room options. I selected a family room that sleeps four, featuring a king bed and two double beds, which seemed perfect for my family. I completed the reservation and paid for it without initially changing the number of guests from two to four. Realizing my mistake immediately after, I emailed the hotel and checked ******* again to see if the rate would change when I adjusted the number of guests to four, but it didn’t. Confident that everything would be fine, I was shocked upon arrival when the hotel demanded an additional €1863 because we had booked for two guests instead of four.
Throughout our stay, not once were we asked about the number of people in our party when dining at any of the hotel’s outlets, which made the additional charge seem arbitrary and unjustified. This incident left us feeling taken advantage of, as it didn’t appear to be a relevant factor during our stay.
Aside from this issue, the overall quality and experience at Lujo Hotel were excellent. The facilities were top-notch, the rooms were comfortable, and the service was commendable. However, the unexpected and substantial extra charge cast a shadow over what would have otherwise been a perf

We had a fantastic time at Lujo and would most definitely recommend to other. From the arrival and welcome, the room and all the staff and their service to the food and restaurants. It was a shame that due to travelling out of season that a number of places were closed but the options and menus at the open establishments were fab.

Поскольку мы любители Бодрума, решили провести часть осенних каникул там. Море для нас уже холодное, но погода самое то. Прилетев рейсом аэрофлота, обрадовались, что все очень быстро, нас встретил очень комфортный трансфер от отеля, большой, прохладный , водитель вежливый и опрятный, простите за нюансы, но для нас это важно. Домчали минут за 15, а далее мы оказались в заботливых руках ассистентов. Быстрое заселение, немного сладостей, любезно приготовленных для нас в номере, можно и отдыхать))) несмотря на то, что уже почти все на курорте закрыто( Яликовак , многие рестораны в центре города, гостиницы) в Луджо все работает, а если что-то и закрыто( о чем я не знаю), то мы это не почувствовали. Отдыхали, в основном , европейцы, очень все тихие и спокойные. В ресторанах вкусно, особенно обед и ужин, про завтрак ничего сказать не могу, не хожу, но детям и мужу понравилось. Посетили почти все заведения, естественно, где-то что-то вкуснее , где-то менее, но это вопрос вкуса, а так все свежее и достойное! Очень порадовало вечернее шоу с акробатами , классно! Касательно детского клуба, хотелось бы отметить занятие робототехникой,очень вовлеченный педагог, после него сын пошел на регулярной основе по возвращению. Рекомендую отеля для тех, кто любит спокойствие и комфорт. Мне очень понравилось. Хотелось бы поблагодарить ассистентов Ханну и Хадижу, благодаря им наш отдых был очень душевным и спокойным.

We just returned from an amazing 7-night stay at Lujo Bodrum, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! Real highlight of our stay was the food. Every single meal was a delight. All of the restaurants are à la carte, and the variety was truly impressive—whether you’re craving Turkish, Italian, or seafood, there’s something for everyone. The quality was exceptional, and we found ourselves looking forward to each meal! The rooms were just as luxurious as the food. The beds were incredibly comfortable—probably the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel. Waking up to the beautiful views of the Aegean Sea was incredible. We also want to give a special shoutout to the amazing Joy Advisors, Dilan and Seren. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. Having them just a WhatsApp message away made everything so easy. We would definitely recommend Lujo Bodrum hotel.
