Flur und Zimmer nicht sauber. Sehr oberflächlich gereinigt überall Staub. Kaputter Safe. Keiner kann helfen weil nur eine einzige Person im Hotel arbeitet und an der Rezeption bleiben muss. Wasser im Waschbecken läuft nicht ab- Waschbecken kaum nutzbar. Niemand hat darauf aufmerksam gemacht dass der Pool für Kinder nicht nutzbar ist, weil es ein Wellness Hotel ist und Wellness in den Niederlanden erst ab 16 Jahren genutzt werden darf. Das war der einzige Grund warum ich das Hotel für die Nacht gebucht hatte. Eine Riesen Enttäuschung..

Alles is redelijk, vooral de prijs.
Er zat een grote koffievlek in de vloerbedekking, er lag een gebruikte zakdoek onder het bed. De douchebak hield het water niet binnen en stroomde tot onder de WC. Verder was het erg warm, geen airco, wel ventilator. Plus, koffiezetapparaat, in het plaatsje mooie restaurants en winkels in de buurt.

Jammer dat dit gemiddelde hotel uit de bocht vliegt als het om de reactie van een klacht gaat. We kwamen aan en - hoewel er een centrale reservering en betaling was gedaan door de Traction club, voor welk evenement we daar waren - we toch direct moesten afrekenen. Een vergissing kan worden gemaakt, maar na weken en verschillende e-mails van mij en de organisatie er nog immer geen oplossing is, beschouw ik als een gebrek aan service. Zaterdagavond kwamen we laat terug en vonden de kamer terug, zoals we hem hadden achter gelaten. Moe en dus geen zin in gedoe, hebben we dat de volgende morgen direct gedaan. Geen andere reactie dan dat ze dat hadden genoteerd. Pas later na weer een e-mail van mij was de reactie: jammer dat ik niet tevreden was met de schoonmaak.

Avoid! Hotel that announces a rate directly, and changes the rate after 10 minutes! Unacceptable! Dishonest! No commercial gesture. The quality of the staff at this hotel is variable. We had a horrible receptionist who was unpleasant, cold and haughty. The carpet is dirty, and there are holes in the walls and in the sheets. Unworthy of a four-star hotel.
