We moved to 3 different rooms. First room smelled horrible of marawajan and the second room the refrigerator was froze over and would keep my insulin cold and third room we ended up staying but the showers wasn’t very clean and there was a stain in the ceiling above my bed

I selected this hotel because it was listed on ******* as "Pet Friendly." No pet fees were disclosed when I made the booking (through *******) but when I arrived at the hotel--late at night--I was informed there would be a large pet fee. At that point, I felt stuck and had no opportunity to shop around for a lower pet fee.

Hotels. Com indicated the king room with couch had a shower tub combo. It did not. Was looking forward to a tub. The room smelled of a sweaty gym. We had to go buy air freshener and sleep with window open. It also had a big reddish purple stain beside the bed on carpet not cleaned. Check in took forever as there was. Bus load of 50 before us. That group said they were supposed to have a seamless checkin, which wasn’t the case and held everyone up. Although I paid about $240 Canadian to the app. I had three separate charges from the hotel as well equalling over $ 220. Awaiting a reversal. Feeling sick today after sleeping in a dirty room. Probably picked up a bug.
