We had a great time. We stayed in the room we had stayed in on our honey moon. We have stayed in that room probably 70 or 80 times over the last 52 years. The staff was terrific as they always are. The rooms are alway perfect. We took advantage of the hospitality offered on the 23 floor having a snack in the afternoon and breakfast in the morning. We had a wonderful dinner in the evening. The food has alway been excellent and the service likewise. We would highly recommend a stay at the Pfister on your next visit to Milwaukee.

Staff went out of their way to meet every request. The room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. I was in town for a flower. Loved the champagne on arrival. I needed buckets for my flowers and the women who checked me in found them and personally delivered them to my room. Loved both the cafe and Grill. The grill served the BEST hamburger I have ever had.

The Pfister does not disappoint. It exudes the sophistication and refinement of the golden age of hotels. Although the rooms are not inexpensive by any means, you get what you pay for with comfort, elegance, and a great location in Milwaukee.

Great service overall. An absolutely stunning hotel! Lobby bar staff were the best especially Ellie! An unbelievable building. Recently upgraded and it looks like no expense was spared. Very luxurious. Can't wait to come back to Milwaukee!

We stayed at The Pfister for a 3 day wedding event as a treat to ourselves. And this hotel is a sight to be seen! The valet staff were kind and helpful. Housekeeping stopped by in the middle of the last day of our 3 day stay. We only wish they would've helped sooner. We noticed a few of our items went missing. I assumed we misplaced them and that they'd appear once we packed up and checked under furniture in the room, but this was not the case. We unpacked at home and still nothing. I emailed staff on Monday regarding our missing belongings, it is now Friday and no response yet. A little concerned, and did not expect this from a higher end hotel.

This hotel has the most above and beyond and memorable customer service ever. I stay at the Pfister often for work, have dinner at the bar with Alyson and this time I had no charger for my laptop. Charleston the tall security guard with braids went so far beyond the call of duty. He combed through all of the possible resources the hotel had to provide me so I could finish my work and meet my deadlines that night. He came back after searching for 40 minutes, sweating, with a charger that actually worked. Game changer and life saver! He is amazing. He was so humble and acted as if that was just expected but believe me I know it’s not - he went so far beyond for me. Also, I have stayed at Pfister for 4 years, and Alyson at the bar is my go to person. She listens to my day, never makes me feel like I am asking too much and is ready with a pick me up to be the aid to whatever kind of day I have had. I love the Pfister.❤️

Visited Milwaukee and stayed at the historic Pfister Hotel as part of the Cooler By the Lake / Art en Fleur GCA Major Flower Show. The Pfister is a grand old hotel with great staff and walking distance to the Riverwalk, the Art museum and the Third Ward for great restaurants and shopping.
