Arrived in the morning and didn’t pay for early checkin but we were able to take the shuttle. Came back to the hotel at 3:30 and checked in. Very quick and easy check in and beautiful room. Ate in the restaurant and food was good and servers at the bar very professional and pleasant

Let's start with there was blood on my pillow. I peeled back the pillowcase to confirm it and took a photo. I could end right there, but the 2nd pillow was covered in someone else's hair. The 3rd pillowcase was dirty. The towels were completely frayed

We arrived at 10pm on a Friday night and were greeted very friendly by the concierge. The room was as advertised, very clean and well equipped. The breakfast room is a bit small, but the food is sufficient. However, there were many students gathered nearby, some of whom looked suspicious. There are many bars and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The hotel is within walking distance of the town center and my wife and I walked the 45 minutes to the art museum. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus, and after we called the front desk one night, a driver was immediately sent to pick us up. Although it rained heavily that night, we still had a great time. I'm not sure how other guests felt about this hotel, but honestly I think it would have been better if the room rate were lower, but this hotel met my needs perfectly.
