We took the morning flight from Hong Kong to Haneda Airport. After finishing the luggage and entry procedures, we came to the high-speed bus next to the pick-up lobby to buy tickets. It was simple and convenient. It just picked up the first bus and went directly to Kawaguchiko. Before the bus departed, there was still time to have breakfast and wash. Go to the bus stop from the ticket purchase center and follow the next channel. You can also take the elevator or elevator to the underground bus stop according to the instructions. The bus will arrive. When you take the bus, you will see the data board clearly. If there is any error, you will not have to take the bus directly to Kawaguchiko Station. Come to Kawaguchiko, go to the end on the left hand side, see the tourist information, is the waiting station, all hotel buses are here to pick up guests, bus schedules are found on the hotel website; this station does not need to be reserved very convenient. The small bus arrived on time, the driver's service was very good, and he walked through the narrow street for several minutes to reach the hotel. In fact, the hotel is in a good location, near the intersection, and the surrounding bus stop is nearby without turning to Kawaguchiko. Great experience with this hotel and stunning with Mt. Fuji view from the balcony/window. Staffs have good service mind. There is both indoor and outdoor public bath with Mt. Fuji View. Dinner was served in-room on 9 course menu. Breakfast buffet was also great as they served numerous choice of foods including Japanese food. Hotel provided free shuttle to the train station. Overall experience was memorable and satisfied.

The hotel is located on the edge of Yamanaka Lake, with a quiet and elegant environment. It takes about ten minutes to walk along the lakeside trail at the entrance to Asahiki Station. There are buses from JR Fuji Station or Lake Kawaguchi. The boss can pick you up at the station for free. Or you can pay a small fee and go directly from Lake Kawaguchi, Oshino Hakkai, Gotemba Outlet and other places. The boss can arrange pick-up and drop-off. The transportation is quite convenient. I stayed in a room with a hot spring bath on the Mt. Fuji side of the East Building. Blessed with the weather, I took a long view of Mt. Fuji from the evening to the next morning and soaked in the hot springs many times. (Laughs) The quality of the Kawaguchiko Onsen at this hotel is a neutral calcium, sodium-sulphate, and chlorine-based disinfection is heated and circulated, including a large communal bath and a private room bath. It is not a source hanging, but it is well managed including the spring temperature. It warmed up well. It seems to be a room meal, but I stayed at 々 at the end of the year 12/29 night, probably because there were many guests, in the dining room on the 7th floor, dinner was a course kaiseki dish, breakfast was a buffet. The beef stew that I expected was also served on the course because the amount was small, but it felt like a taste. Each was carefully cooked in a small amount, and the quality and quantity were satisfactory. I stayed until 11:00 in the morning, and I took a bath 5 times in another 々 large communal bath once, 3 times in the room bath. In addition, the large communal bath has a waterfall and an open-air rock bath in the foreground, and a large cypress bath in the back. I think the impression will change depending on the way Mt. Fuji looks, but I was lucky 々. Since it is the year-end and New Year holidays, the high accommodation fee is natural, but it was a satisfying content for the room, meal, bath, service, and environment that matched it.

We checked into Kasuitei Oya for just one night, as we were visiting Kawaguchiko and Mount Fuji en route from Tokyo to Matsumoto. The hotel sent a collection shuttle bus to the train station and was there in a flash. The staff at this hotel were excellent - they were very attentive and happy to spend time suggesting local things to visit. The room itself was beautiful with a great outlook over the lake. We booked a Western style room, which still had the traditional tatami mat area for relaxing but also had a raised Western style bed, which we enjoyed. We really enjoyed the baths and considered booking the private bath for an hour. In the end we just used the standard baths and the outside one was really lovely. I watched the full moon rise from the bath overlooking the lake - magical moment. Although you don't get a Fuji view from the baths or the room in the hotel, there is a balcony up on the same floor as the baths where you can see Fuji. The location of the hotel is brilliant - you can easily walk to restaurants and everything else you need. We spent a nice evening at a very nearby Izakaya called Cooliya bar, recommended by the hotel and a great place for some tasty plates and a couple of drinks later in the evening. We had the traditional breakfast in the morning. There were a lot of dishes within the breakfast - beautifully presented but a little bit too much food for me in the morning, with some of the dishes a bit on the experimental side for us! Overall, a great stay and would recommend.

We stayed in La Vista, top level facing MtFuji with private bath in the room for 2 nights. Like: You can take as much pictures at any part of the day/night and never get sick of the magnificent sight of MtFuji. For breakfast, we had buffets, western, Japanese style For dinner, we had Western wagyu beef slice course on first night and Japanese omakase in the second night. Both sets were very filling and taste great although I would have like it if the wagyu was steak..ha. I definitely preferred the omakase where there were cold dishes, sashimi, sukiyaki, tempura and top off with desserts. There were many free services; popsicle in many flavours you can eat after coming out from the public/private baths, free beverages, ie. caffeine, tea from the first level outside the reception. Dislike: The toilet bowl is in a separate room near the entrance of the room and the standing bath with private heart shape tub is in another facing MtFuji

Very close to the station and there are restaurants and Lawson nearby. There are both indoor and outdoor onsen (after 9pm or before 9am will have less people) for woman, and if you are tall enough then you will be able to see Fuji mountain when you are enjoying the onsen. Our room is high enough so can see the Fuji mountain directly!

The hotel is directly to Fuji Q Highland, you can easily drive here for an hour or two from Tokyo. The hotel offer free of charges parking. Or you can take the train to Kawaguchiko station then take Resort Express. Hotel can offer special price park ticket and also free public onsen. The room was so splendid. We have booked the room with Fuji view. We can enjoy the marvelous mountain view in every corner of the hotel. Really recommended for those who are coming to enjoy the amusement park and need the stunning Fuji view.

I lucked out and was given a larger bedroom than standard. It was a twin room with ample space between the beds and at the foot of the beds for my large suitcase. The bed had a duvet with a cover which only covered one side which I didn't think was very hygienic (I realise it's a typical Japanese style) and one pillow filled with seeds and the other was a softer tempura style pillow. The bathroom was small but functional. The towels were small and thin and only one was provided. There was mould on the shower curtain. The room lighting was ok and the air conditioning worked well. Unfortunately there were no English language channels on TV. There was one desk with a chair. A cupboard and good sized safe which wasn't fixed to the cupboard and a fridge. Wi-Fi was poor and kept on dropping in and out. I tried changing rooms but there was no improvement. The hotel offered free parking and it was just over the road from the train and bus station. I was able to catch a bus from there to Tokyo Haneda airport very easily. That said, booking it was a nightmare because the bus company wouldn't take internet bookings and the hotel refused to help me reserve a seat. The breakfast was ok with enough western choices such as cereal, yoghurt and croissants. The restaurant was a nice bright room. I used the hotel washing machine and dryers (for a small fee). They worked well although the machines were a bit dirty. No English was spoken at reception so communication was difficult. There were a few restaurants within walking distance (or if you drove with parking). 7 Elevens were about 10 minutes walk away. The hire car outlet was about 30 minutes walk away.
