Buen hotel de hace 25 años que precisa alguna renovación aunque el estado sea bueno. El problema fueron las fiestas de la localidad celebradas junto al hotel con música a gran escala hasta las cinco am Imposible descansar. El personal muy atento pero deberían advertir al hacer la reserva.

Apesar da localização ser boa, aconteceu um episódio muito chato ao qual o gerente já tinha conhecimento da situação e é o tal “deixar andar até acontecer algo grave”. Os quartos (sim mais que um) tinham MORCEGOS a sair pelas condutas do ar condicionado. Morcegos a passear pelos corredores. Morcegos escondidos nas cortinas. Apesar do gerente tentar resolver a situação, ao hospedar-nos noutro andar, esse mesmo andar também tinha morcegos no corredor. Uma situação grave devido a todos os riscos sanitários e à saúde associados a esses animais.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, quarto grande, mas muio antiquado, sem tomadas para carregar celular o quarto.
O café da manhã bem fraco, e as funcionárias extremamente mal educadas e antipaticas.

Há muito que não ficava num hotel com tão más condições: em pleno verão, com 40° de temperatura, não há ar condicionado nos quartos nem na sala de pequeno-almoço ; no quarto de casal só havia um jogo de toalhas de banho ( um elemento do casal não teve direito a toalha!). O pequeno almoço muito pobre : tivemos à disposição 1 fatia de queijo e 2 de fiambre para 2 pessoas. Enfim, neste hotel nunca mais.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en plena ola de calor, y tuve que ir a comprar un ventilador en un supermercado. El cuarto de baño olía a cloaca. La habitación también olía mal Hotel muy anticuado Moqueta sucia Es un 2 estrellas como mucho

Hotel antiquado e parado no tempo. O Recepcionista no check in foi super simpático e atencioso. De manhã, o pequeno-almoço estava anunciado até as 10:30… chegámos as 10:10 e nada havia,.. mesmo depois de questionarmos que nada havia… não houve qq preocupação em repor o que quer que fosse!!! Muito mau! Quando no check Out disse o que se tinha passado, a recepcionista, completamente indiferente só disse “vou avisar a direção”… nem um pedido de desculpas, nem uma atenção no preço… nada!!! Este hotel está vocacionado para turismo em massa… o preço é completamente inadequado a um fraco hotel de 3 estrelas. Não recomendo .

No es la primera vez que voy a este hotel y se nota el paso del tiempo. Con todo sigue siendo una buena opción en Mirandela. Hotel muy céntrico. Las habitaciones, que necesitan un repaso, son cómodas, camas incluidas. El desayuno en consonancia con un tres estrellas, es aceptable. Lo que no han cambiado son las maravillosas vistas desde las habitaciones que dan al lago y al pueblo. Personal muy atento.
