a bit unsure toilet with no lock. internet lag..tv also lag.. pool really enjoyble food thumbs up..!! nice..😊😊

terrible service at the front desk. staff are not helpful at all. rooms are run down and poorly maintained.

My first stay in this place was not so great. The faucet didnt work. 1 of the socket plug when you turn it on, you can hear some current/electric sound. It is so unsafe. Luckily didnt get shock by it.

Good service and communication

Lock on our door didn't work so were moved to another room with a double bed which was small and very bouncy. Then moved to another room which smelt of cigarette smoke...non-smoking hotel but guests ignore that. Breakfast was okay. Options for Western and Malay tastes. The pool area is lovely to sit out in the evening with a view over the city and ocean in the distance. The staff at this hotel are very helpful, want to make sure you are comfortable and always smiling

My second time staying here with my bf.. This time, we celebrated his birthday here..🥳 Apology for leaving behind the birthday decorations..🙏🏻 Everything's good, except that the swimming pool was too cold to swim.. Maybe because it's indoor..🥶 We both enjoyed our stay here this time as well..👍🏻

Very clean hotel.. spacious rooms and TV with netflix.. the rooftop pool is great with nice scenery.. the only downside is that they dont have iron n iron board inside the room.. other than that everything is superb..

Good location. Away from the town center but still easily accessible. There is an eatery just across the road, so food is no issue

The room are same as described. The condition is satisfied with this price.

Room is ok with the price, but many things is not in very good condition. Such as shower stand is loose, door lock is loose and etc. Breakfast has varieties of food which is good. Quite happy with the buffet style breakfast.
