A cute little hotel right on the beach. Super nice view. The room looked really great, with a few minor issues in the bathroom (leaking pipe under the sink, leaky shower wall) that we could overlook. All the staff were super nice, helpful and courteous. The tuk tuk takes you to the beautiful Mirissa Beach in 2 minutes. We were very satisfied.

Nice hotel directly at the ocean, great food
We had a great stay here and treated our Sri Lankan family. The chef and kitchen and service was phenomenal and the rooms were great. Lot of room. Ensure to enter the number of people you plan to have with you while booking, otherwise you might get surprising surcharges. I checked online and could have gotten the same rate I paid if I entered the right amount of people. The hotel manager was not very pleasant, I guess he saw the Dollar signs in his eyes when he saw a foreigner coming in.
I would probably stay here again, but there are many other places in the south we are going to check out first.

Okay Overall
First and foremost, the staff here are incredible and give a truly caring service. You will probably be fine based on the majority of reviews here and I really wanted to love it, but having to move rooms due to cockroaches and food poisoning on the last day, I’m afraid 3 stars is all I can give. I didn’t find the rooms particularly clean or comfortable either.
Location is great in terms of the beach but everything else is either a 30 minute walk or tuk tuk ride away.

Conveniently located on the beach - however you cant swim because of the rocky shore and the constant waves - so not your beach hotel if you just wanna hang around on the beach. Good pool and jacuzzi overlooking the sea though offering chill - bliss :-) the staff is very good - exceptionally helpful - once you passed the front desk you will be taken really Good care. Front desk has some Room for improvement when it comes for helping guests :-) Food is ok but pricey - but there is a variety of local street food stalls in just 300 metres offering delicious meals for 2€

Awesome hotel, very comfortable stay, beautiful seaside views and easy access to whale watching and diving facilities. The staff were so friendly. A special shout out to Nuwan, who made very tasty cocktails and their resident chef whose cooking was incredible. They went to a lot of effort to cater for my allergies. Their Sri Lankan menu is divine and would fully recommend to any tourists wanting to try authentic Sri lankan cuisine. They also look after a couple of dogs, with great care and kindness.

My partner and I enjoyed 2 nights here with our friends towards the end of our 2 week stay in Sri Lanka and had a very enjoyable stay and wonderful service from the friendly staff. The pool was fabulous, we didn't swim in the ocean as the beach front was very rocky and rough but we did see some fisherman try their luck. The breakfasts were great, very substantial and we also ate dinner here which was also very enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Thank you for the week we stayed with you in august. Special thanks to Gayan and Ruwan who made us very welcome, thank you also to the great cook as well. The food was excellent especially for us who are french. The banana bread at breakfast is delicious. Great location for people seeking some peace from Mirissa center. The view is beautiful, but there are rocks so you cannot swim there BUT there is a nice beach at about 100 meters near Mirissa diving center. The rooms are clean and bed is very comfortable. On the second floor there is a bar with a pool table and a PS5 for the kids. Finally, all the staff is very friendly and willing to help us every time. We highly recommend this small hotel, we felt like at home and we will definitely be back.
