Booked the Hotel by sending a e-mail to the Hotel manager Madhu,3 Double rooms for 5 nights.And paid an advance of 20%. 2 days before our arrivel he cancelled the booking and sent a message that I have to book another Hotel.I was shocked,but luckily I managed to get our rooms at Sommerset Mirissa Blue. I went to Ballena Regency to get back my 20% money back and the manager Madhu avoided meeting me.A girl at the Reception gave me the money.In a way I was happy I did't stay there. Because it was not the standard of a hotel I'm used to stay at. Very bad behaviour of a Hotel Manager.

Fantastic little hotel. Great quiet location 200 metres from the main busy road. Hotel manageress is so lovely and all staff can’t do enough for you. Wonderful breakfast every morning on our balcony. Biggest and most comfortable bed in the world. Perfect location.

We had booked a hotel round the corner but when we checking in realised it was not a place we wanted to stay. The Ballena was available so we walked round to have a look. Walking along the unmade road to it put us off a little but it take a minute or two and is so worth it. You’re in a little oasis away from the busy main road but can very quickly reach the beach. The room we were showed and later checked into was lovely and very clean. We booked for 4 nights and loved it. Breakfast is served to your room every morning and is delicious, was enough to last us through to dinner. The lady running the hotel is a pleasure to deal with as are all her staff. We came back the first night disappointed that the pool bar had closed as we wanted a nightcap. The next day a bottle of gin and a bottle of vodka appeared in our fridge (the rooms have a full size fridge)! The pool is lovely and equipped with comfortable beds and umbrellas. Perfect place to stay in Mirissa if you want a pool and a little calm away from the main road

طاقم العمل محترم وجيد فقط المسئول شخص سيئ ، الفندق بحاجة إلى هدم وإعادة بناء قديم جدا ومتهالك الصور لا تعكس الواقع الحقيقي ، الأفطار صغير ولا يكفي طفل بقع أوساخ بالفرش الغرف قديمة ، طلبت منهم في اليوم الثاني الخروج لم توافق على الخروج وارجاع المال ، طلبت منهم طبق فواكه كانت السكين المستخدمه بالتقطيع بها طعم بصل سوف ارفق الصور ولكم حرية الاختيار ، بهذا السعر تستطيع الحجز في مكان افضل

Божественный отель! Огромные номера , красивый вид на джунгли , огромный балкон с местом для завтрака который приносят прямо в номер и для работы ;) Огромная удобная кровать с 4 мая подушками , стильный дизайн . Отличный напор горячей воды ! На счет завтраков : на 1 го это просто на возможно съесть 😁 блинчики , омлет на выбор , тосты , фрукты , кофе и свежий сок . В общем он стоит своих денег , когда тебе нужен релакс 💆♀️

A horrible night spent in that place, we couldn't sleep because of RATS 🐀🐀 the sound of rats moving behind the dress closets precent me and my wife from sleeping that night We couldn't do anything because the hotel is so dirty and the sewage pipes lines are exposed to in bathrooms that makes RATS moving in and out our rooms Nice looking hotel with a pool from outside but very dirty and couldn't be worst from inside I hope the managers take a real actions to fix these problems...

Bad not service Cheating service All is not good Bad service When I went there they did not give me anything they were supposed to give and there was not enough atmosphere to breathe But there was nothing to do and I only spent a day there with great difficulty

Идеальный отель для отдыха в Мириссе. Огромный стильный современный номер, большая ванная, вид на бассейн и пальмы. Вкусные завтраки в номер. До пляжа 4 минуты. Отдельная благодарность всему персоналу, особенно администратору Маду. Она сделала наш с друзьями отдых максимально комфортным. Провели здесь 7 дней, уезжать не хотелось. Важный плюс по сравнению с отелями на берегу: ночью там тусовки и музыка как будто играет в комнате. В Ballena же спалось замечательно, не слышно ничего.
