Radisson Toronto Airport West

The location is a little bit far away from any attractions, the second night we didn't have any hot water, and waited from 7 pm -10 pm. During the time, we called front desk, but they only said they would check the maintenance, then hang out, never call us back. Our families were disappointed with their service
Alt Hotel Toronto Airport

The hotel is very good, very comfortable, it is considered a cost-effective hotel outside the country. Very close to Toronto Pearson Airport, you can take the Link train at the airport, the baggage car can be directly pushed into the hotel room, it is convenient, especially suitable for people with transfer needs.
Sandman Signature Mississauga Hotel

Our flights changed on our vacation coming home so we were forced into a 13+hour layover. I chose to book this hotel on airmiles since it offered free airport shuttle. It averages about 200 a night I believe. It cost us 1800 airmiles and fees…. The bed is comfortable but the rooms were HOT. The ac is located in the common area of the room and since the bedroom is slightly segregated it didn’t cool it off. There were two tvs, which we couldn’t make sense of. Also one remote just didn’t have any batteries so when trying to make it work I had to take batteries out of one to put in the other. More importantly……. It seemed clean but I woke up to silver fish in the bathroom. I did let the front desk know. The Lobby Lounge Restaurant was pretty good with nice service. I just wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially given the cost.

Admiral Inn Mississauga

We were given the option to have a cot for out baby. When we got there the staff said they don't have that option. Did not try to accommodate us at all. The room had a water leak from the ceiling and the carpet in the hallway was all wet. Out baby got wet by crawling on the carpet. We waited for an hour with a tiered baby for the staff to come and see the leak and give is a different room. Both rooms were dirty. Carpets not vacuumed in weeks. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The toilet was made for kids. The heat fan in the room was so load we couldn't sleep. The most horrible experience in a hotel anywhere!
Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport

During my stay in the Hilton Gardens hotel at Toronto airport mistakes were made. Let me start with my own. I didn't realize there are several Hilton hotels at the airport and took the shuttle to the wrong one. Let me tell you: Canada is not made for pedestrians and it was a cumbersome walk to the correct Hilton on foot. Also: because of the name Garden I expected a hotel surrounded by a lush garden. No such thing. It's on a bleak, grey, asphalt area with no garden or any features at all. Or do they consider the giant car parks to be ”gardens”? Another mistake by me: this being the first visit to Canada, perhaps I should be prepared better. However, the breakfast at Hilton Gardens is not suitable at all for vegans. Smoothies have cow milk in them and other options are just sweets disguised as actual food. As Canada is not designed for pedestrians, there's no supermarket anywhere and thus I went seriously hungry. Next it's the hotels turn. Hotel airports need good sound insulation to keep the airplane noise out. And indeed: not an airplane can be heard in the room. However, the air conditioning is the loudest I have ever encountered. Parking a car with a petrol engine in the room and running it would be more quiet! Luckily, the airco can be turned off. However, the frig cannot be turned off and it kept me awake basically all night. And the worst thing is: when I opened it in the morning hoping to find a mini bar, it turns out it's empty! Why waste so much electricity and noise to cool an empty space? How about just running it if in use to cool stuff? On top of the noise of the a frig a constant 24 hour droning mechanical noise could be heard in my room (#1516). It sounded like a factory or perhaps a huge aircon unit on top of the roof?
