Clean hotel and nice staff but the bed was extremely uncomfortable and left my back in lots of pain! Airport shuttle was on time.

It was really good to stay in toronto. it’s so close to airport and they have a shuttle bus. Breakfast was also great. I highly recommend it.

The hotel's location right near Toronto Pearson Airport is super convenient, especially with their shuttle service running every hour on the dot to pick up and drop off guests. Parking is available in the underground garage for $35 a day. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The front desk staff were very attentive and helpful. Definitely recommend this place.

Dirty water bottle with no water. No dental kit available at the hotel. Service was non-existent. No bellhops considering they really should have one if they’re in airport vicinity. Would not recommend at all!

Great stay and close to the airport. Shuttle come every 30 min at the terminal hotel shuttle pick up point.

Arrived late night. Front desk staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean. Airport shuttle to and from the airport were on schedule.

Overnight stay on way to Caribbean destination. Shuttle pick up at airport was easy to navigate. Check in at hotel quick and staff was pleasant. Room was clean. Amazing shower! Had dinner at Dixon’s, hotel restaurant.  I would recommend chicken wings, salad and pizza as they were very good. French onion soup not so much. Caught the 6:05 am shuttle back to airport. All in all: A Great Stay. Thanks Hilton!
