The staffs are friendly and helpful, room is tidy and clean, location is good.

Absolutely horrible experience, when the others slam doors in the hallway at 3:00 a.m. and wake you up after a long flight. How can you call yourselves a luxury hotel? You can't even afford proper door stoppers?

Fast and easy checking. Parking is available. Rooms are big and spacious with walk in shower. Comfortable pillows.

We changed to the airport hotel and didn't receive a credit. When we phoned the hotel to ask how long the pick up shuttles was they said about a 40 minute wait to get to the airport, then about 25 minutes to drive us back to the hotel. We decided that the wait time was too inconvenient and switched to their hotel near the airport. Unfortunately they charged us for both. That being said, their airport hotel was less money and wonderful
