I booked for 3 people and paid extra, but they told me to sleep in a 2-person bed.
They asked me to pay extra for an extra bed.
They booked for 3 people and asked me to pay extra to sleep there?
That's why they charged more.
The room was incredibly small,
The air conditioner was noisy,

Staff lovely and helpful when request made of staff requests handled quickly (broken toilet, no remote) . Room cleaning needed to be requested at reception otherwise never happened. Great for kids but tuk tuk needed for bars so a bit far out. Breakfast was poor in my opinion but staff nice and friendly.
Overall was acceptable stay

Everything reminds me of the 90s.
The pool is not good for adults to play in, but it looks good for children to play in..
The breakfast is also the worst~~~..
I stayed on the 2nd floor.. There were ants.. I don't know the name of the bugs..
The air conditioner is attached to the wall and the sound is too loud.
As for soundproofing. Don't expect anything..

Mixed impressions:
Huge problems with cards, they only give one, no matter how many people, also when checking into the room the card did not work - after 2 hours they changed our room to another one, with worse conditions. In the new room we had to hide the card under the carpet, because there were three of us and it was stolen. In the end we had to pay for the loss of the card. On the plus side, the staff still tries to solve problems, but reluctantly. Also, it feels like this is the most secure hotel in the area
