There is already a Christmas atmosphere. I am on a business trip here and there is no better hotel in the next place. I choose to come back and stay here. The facilities are complete and the stay is very comfortable! We just met a group of loud people who woke us up in the morning by shouting at our fellow room mates in the corridor.

I have to stay at Mengqing Holiday Muzhou Hotel. I will definitely come back if I remember it. The service is great and the attitude is great. I want to stay here all the time.

A good choice for business trips and tourism, this Mengqing hotel is the first choice for business trips. The main service is good. I stayed in this hotel very late. The breakfast was rich and nutritious, and the Vietnamese rice noodles were delicious.

The hotel staff service and food is really so kind and helpful. They specially arranged vegeterian food for my family. The room is clean and spacious and well maintained. Loved the experience.. All 5 stars to this property. Would like to recommend to anyone who comes to Moc chau.

The Receptionist does not know English. I have to use my body language to communicate with her. I'm very disappointed. Why in such a big hotel does the staff not know to speak English? But the room is ok. Clean, fragrant and comfortable. Ms Nhu?(Nu) and Ms Thao (I don't remember clearly) - the housekeeper very nice, they help me a lots. very good

Muong Thanh Moc Chau Hotel and its room was at central area, clean and so convenient for the vacation at Moc Chau. Staff were enthusiastic, friendly and professional. Tasty breakfast with many choices. There are some restaurants, markets nearby which were good as well.

The hotel is situated in a nice serene and safe location. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. The only issue was with food and the options. The hotel had less vegetarian option and even the friend rice that was served was slightly bland. But apart from this we had a very pleasant stay.

As members of the 22-strong Anglo-Thai Society Regional Tour Group, my wife and myself are nearing the end of an overnight stay at the Muong Thanh Holiday Hotel at Moc Chau Holiday Hotel - not difficult to find as it is the tallest building in the town! This is the fourth Muong Thanh property the Group has stayed in and - with the exception of Son La (a cut above the rest) - they all offer a comfortable night’s stay. Rooms are spacious, big beds and most have stand alone showers with plenty of hot water. Group Dinners are usually Chinese Round Table style and my only disappointment is that - for very good reasons - the Breakfasts are very much Asian orientated. Even so, it would be good to have some cereals and a good selection of fruit available as well as hot coffee. For some unknown reason the latter is always Luke warm but this can be overcome by requesting some Nuc Soi (Boiling Water)! All in all, however, we have enjoyed all 4 of the Muong Thanh properties.

Our group stayed In Mương Thanh Moc Hotel from 11 April until 13 April. The room is very nice and bì with the beatiful balcony.. the staff is friendly and helpfull. Ms Thảo , And Ms Nguyet are so nice to welcome us when we reach here. The breakfast is full of fresh food, . Hotel is perfect location... overall All is great.. we have great time to enjoy here.

Not recommended if you are a westerner. In fact not recommended for anyone hoping for international standards. The hotel is built in the typically grand SEAsian provincial style. With poorly trained staff. It has a large mall right opposite the entrance which plays loud Vietnamese music from early morning to late at night. So it blasts into the bedrooms. Closing the windows makes little difference. Thank goodness for my AirPods. The buffet breakfasts are terrible even by Vietnamese provincial hotel standards. Great for Vietnamese probably but not for Western tourists hoping for even average food. Coffee undrinkable, likewise the fruit juices. If the Vietnamese hope to compete with the likes of Thailand for international tourists they must do better than this.

At least six months ago, I booked a 5 day trip in Hanoi, complete with guide and driver. Part of our itinerary included a night at this hotel. We booked it with our travel agent and it was paid for. After a lengthy day in the car we arrived at the hotel expecting to be checked in. Unfortunately they (the hotel) had decided to cancel our booking in favour of a “more local arrangement). Needless to say our travel agent was completely unaware of this fact and our guide was left struggling to find alternative accommodation for us. All the hotel would say was that they had another hotel we could use but this was a 2-3 hour drive. Having already spent several hours in the car already that day, we decided against this option and, fortunately, our guide was able to find an alternative near by. Naturally, this was not of the same standard we we had been looking forward to. I appreciate circumstances change and the hotel may have had legitimate reasons for cancelling our booking but, my problem is, why didn’t they get in touch with the travel agent who would have had plenty of time to seek an alternative hotel and make a reservation before we even arrived in Vietnam. So, on the face of it, this looks a beautiful hotel but, as a result of their poor customer service and lack of communication, we never had a chance to experience it.

Overall we had a good stay here. The room is large, service is friendly (although they hardly speak any English) and wifi was fast. However, we did have two challenges to cope with: The major one was that everything smelled from cigarette smoke. The corridors, the room, the bed linen.... we had to ask for our blankets to be replaced a couple of times until we got a blanket that smelled fine. Also, breakfast is catering only local tourists. There was a large selection of Vietnamese dishes, but hardly anything for a more western taste (some very dry bread and some vegetables).
