The hotel is too old. The room was smelling cigarette. The shower is old with little water. The elevator quite small and also old. The swimming pool was full with water green color different than the pictures you see in the booking site. The hotel is located very close to the road, the windows are not well isolated, therefore you can hear the noise of the road. The worst is the dangerous to way out the hotel by car because there is no scape before you get the road.

Free car parking, helpful reception, swimming pool,.. but not one of the most beautiful BW hotels (renewal required); Price is OK. Basic breakfast, with no gluten free products (if you bring yours you are not allowed to eat them there)

I stayed in this hotel for work, good location for where I went to work, decent room, excellent breakfast, good dinner

La camera non è stata trovata molto pulita, soprattutto parecchia polvere in giro. I letti non erano molto nuov.i il personale era molto cordiale e professionalmente molto preparato. Più che 4 stelle, lo catalogherei come un buon tre stelle.

Filthy room, dirty carpet and smelly aircon. Only clean spot was the bathroom. Really disappointed in both the hotel and the fact that *********** consider this a 4* hotel, it is nowhere near that. Doesn’t give any confidence in ***********. Nowhere this hotel could have been renovated, unless it was renovated to look like a 70’s hotel. Food in restaurant (restaurant is an exaggeration) was boring, worse than lousy cafeteria food. Area around hotel is worn out and creepy

I am probably not the kind of guest that this hotel normally caters to. It is a decent enough hotel with small and clean rooms with all the usual amenities. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown after the previous hotel I stayed at but not bad at all, just less varied. There is a small seating area in front of the hotel, which was nice. It is possibly a good choice for somebody with own transportation.

The Hotel is on state road, very close to Bari Airport, Modugno , Bari City centre. You will need a Car. I suggest this hotel as a base to discover Bari and surroundings. The hotel is spotless! the rooms are spacious. I've been using this hotel for the past year and have seen many improvements: breakfast is varied with regional specialties but you can ask for anything. Dinner menu offers 3 choices for a first dish (pasta) a mani dish and desssert. the staff are very proffessiobnal and willing to help with any need you may have. the hotel has a tennis court, pool . they respect all covid indications of hygiene.

Lovely staff honestly made the visit. very Italian area and all of the reception team spoke english and helped us with recommendations for things to see and helped us book taxis. Daniel was the star of our holiday and he told us so much knowledge about bari and was just really kind and always spoke to us and was like our friend whilst we stayed. Dinner was lovely the homemade pasta was flawless and breakfast was a lovely selection. the room was large, a bit basic by appearance but had everything we needed and a mini fridge!

Lovely stay. We had been in Hotel HR as it was near to the plant we had to go for work Really compfortable, good kitchen with local food and very charming personnel. Especially at the reception desk. We surely will return.

We stayed 3 days in this hotel, and we really enjoyed it!!! Large and spacious room! The hotel is not far from the center!! But the strong point is the really kind and helpful staff, all very nice! If we were to return to Bari we will definitely return to this hotel!

A little dated in need of renovation, but nevertheless convenient location near the freeway and motorway, equipped with everything. Spacious rooms, parking. For two nights, for business or visiting the city, you can stay there. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

One star because you can't do less. I book a four-star hotel with a swimming pool at a price appropriate to the category and I find myself in a block of flats on the main road with the swimming pool reduced to a swampy pond closed for who knows how many years, rooms that look like dormitories, stink and dirt everywhere. Experiences to forget! The staff too, with a few exceptions, were quite rude. To be avoided. I can't understand these five star reviews.

Hotel on the highway, but with double windows. Spacious room on the 5th floor, carpet on the floor. Flat screen TV (22 inches). Swimming pool with green water not cleaned for who knows how long. Shower with water for 5 seconds boiling and 5 seconds cold. International breakfast (not like a 4 star hotel) closes at 10am. At 9.50am they started cleaning the coffee machine and when I asked for one I was told "you should have woken up earlier" even though it wasn't 10am yet. Not even remotely a 4 star .
