Enjoyed our stay, but their buffet breakfast is way too expensive.

the floor design kinda confusing. and the soda in the fridge charges extra money which is suprisingly. others are good，very near with the turtle head island

Fantastic hotel, extremely clean and comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the front desk, and when leaving they extended our check-out time. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to everybody!

Beautiful resort hotle. Meticulously cared garden coveres 70% of the hotel ground. Excllent location. walking distance to "Mei Yuan" park and pedestrain path @ the wetland by the lake. Trees, flowers, forgs, toads, ducks and birds. it's a symphony of nature. Both morning buffet and formal Chinese restaurant are very good. Full of seasonal ingredients, local delicacies. delicious. We ate all our meals in the hotel during our stay. Definetely will come back for vacation next time.

Lovely hotel! Very clean and beautiful environment. Breakfast is fantastic, but in the busy season, you should arrive as early as possible for breakfast otherwise you may have a long wait to get in.

This is undoubtedly the best and most cost-effective hotel for this trip. The hotel also has smoked salmon and seafood for breakfast. Two rooms also come with tickets to the surrounding scenic spot Yuantouzhu for more than 400 yuan. It feels very worthwhile. Booked this for my parents, who spent a happy and relaxing time with their grandchildren at Wuxi Taihu Hotel. The hotel is right next to Yuantouzhu, with a good environment and even better service. I will stay here again when I come to Wuxi for vacation in the future.

I know Taihu Hotel because Xiaohongshu recommended it to me. I finally made the trip at the end of August. I have stayed in some hotels of similar grade in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, and the interior environment and facilities of Taihu Hotel are my favorite. The overall style of the hotel is probably based on magnolia. The room layout is very reasonable and spacious, but there is no waste of space. This is better than the buildings 18 and 11 of Yangzhou Guest House. I always feel that although several room types in Yangzhou Guest House are large in area, there is waste of space in the layout, which will also cause guests to take more detours in the room, which is actually not very convenient. In addition, the facilities of Taihu Hotel are not amazing at first glance, but they are very easy to use. The smart toilet is the only fully automatic one among all the hotels I have stayed in. It is very convenient and does not feel useless at all. The breakfast is also very rich. The Wuxi Xiaolongbao tastes authentic, and the Taihu whitebait is delicious. Haha, it’s a pity that the shrimp and wild rice stem were changed the next day. It’s not good. You don’t have to go out to find an Internet celebrity restaurant. You can eat Wuxi specialties for breakfast at the hotel, so compared with Guanfangyuan, Yangzhou Guest House, the breakfast of Taihu Hotel also wins. Moreover, the breakfast room is large enough, and the number of diners is not bad, unlike some hotels where breakfast is noisy and crowded. The front desk GG is very good, thanks to Sun Zhexi, patient and enthusiastic service, and I chose a suitable room. The room is on the sixth floor, and you can hardly see Taihu Lake. Figure 1 was taken from the elevator hall on the ninth floor, so you can also see the lake from the same position on the sixth floor, and the view should be better above the seventh floor. After checking out, the hotel's front desk MM and doorman DD were also very enthusiastic to help guide and take the luggage, which was a very warm experience. If there is a disadvantage, the location is not very convenient for guests who do not drive themselves and rely on public transportation, but fortunately, it is very convenient and not expensive to take a taxi in Wuxi. In addition, the hotel garden is built on the mountain and has good greening, but it seems that you can't walk to the edge of Taihu Lake? Although it is across the lake from Yuantouzhu, the garden seems to have few water systems, and it looks much inferior to the gardens of Yangzhou Guest House and Shanghai Xijiao Hotel. It is also possible that I did not visit the right route, but it was too hot and I didn't walk in the garden for a long time. I simply took a taxi to Yuantouzhu to see Taihu Lake early the next morning. There is a Guanshe Villa Park next to the hotel where you can also visit and see Yuantouzhu on the other side. In short, after visiting many hotels, I like the overall interior style of Taihu Hotel the most, which has a low-key luxury.

I came to Wuxi for a vacation on the weekend and found this Taihu Hotel. The front desk upgraded the room to 852. The room was not as big as I imagined, but it was well-equipped and there was a sofa bed in front of the large window. It is worth mentioning that there would be welcome snacks upon check-in and the Mini bar in the room had rich drinks. I ate all three meals at the hotel on the weekend. I chose the buffet restaurant on the third floor at night. In addition to the limited amount of swimming crabs and cooked drunken crabs, there was not a good choice in the hot dish area. The green water spinach was particularly old and felt that it had not been picked. The choice of dishes at the buffet will be restricted by the chef. There are many varieties in the beverage area, and there are also red and white wine options. The buffet breakfast on the second day was a bit richer. The butter croissant of this hotel is worth mentioning, which can be compared with that of France. 👍In general, the check-in feeling was good. The waiters at the front desk, restaurant and lobby bar were very friendly. Facilities: It is recommended that the bathroom door be opened in reverse to facilitate the removal of toiletries on the basin outside the bathroom.

This is my third visit to Wuxi. This is my first stay at Taihu Hotel. The front desk staff, Xiao Sun, provided very good service and upgraded the room for free. The hotel is close to Taihu Lake, with beautiful environment, convenient transportation, and rich breakfast. The package I booked also includes a special item of one out of four. I chose a double ticket to Yuantouzhu. The two-day trip was very comfortable.
