Oh I wouldn't know where to start, to be honest, after being so well looked after by every single guest facing department. Checking out was the saddest part of the whole experience. I had the privilege to interact with all the staff facing and it felt like one big supportive and happy family , at the bar I had ALAA ,MUHAMMED ,they were checking us , not forgetting the lady with her beautiful smile ,the guest relations manager Chada so welcoming Overall, every single staff is out there literally making sure your journey experience from the entrance to your exit

Top hotel, top service, top food, top entertainment staff, no respect for hotel guests!!! Held hotel guests very naked very casual not dressed very shocking!!! in the hotel entrance hall and in the buffet restaurant it is necessary to review the clothing of certain customers (female) we must respect the very vulgar people see half naked for a very beautiful hotel it spoils the image of this hotel inappropriate behavior of certain customers and the host flirts with customers, a shame for such a beautiful establishment!!! To see urgently the rooms are perfect maid at the top very clean establishment despite the rest thank you to the service staff and respect the rest to see again urgently lack of respect thank you to the manager and the director to review certain details thank you for your welcome .

Fabulous week holiday 18-25th Oct24 OK 2 bad bits! 1..... yes the hotel definitely needs modernising and a refurb! 2..... as a couple who are none smokers upon arrival the smell of smoke and stale smoke is awful. Definitely needs to be no smoking inside!! Now the good bits..... granted not a 4☆ but our room was cleaned daily, food was edible even for the fussiest eater(me!). The animation/entertainment team seemed to be doing the best entertaining everyone. Can't speak for the alcohol as I personally do not drink alcohol but my husband said it was fine....did the job! Sunbeds.....plenty! Always somewhere to bathe! Staff were friendly even if you dont tip, staff are still friendly & helpful, never encountered any rude staff what so ever. But for me and my husband this hotel was great for what we wanted & needed and at a fabulous price it's a 5 from us! Definitely would go back! My top tip......definitely pay the extra for SeaView room it's so worth it!

We stayed at this hotel for a day and what can we say about the customer service!!! Manel at reception was smiling and attentive. Madame Saida ensured that all our needs were met. The swimming pool is large in surface area and deep. The exterior layout is well thought out. You can have a coffee with a superb view of Monastir beach. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas available at the pool. Regarding the buffet, compared to other internationally recognized hotels, the buffet is varied and clearly exceeded my expectations. Monastir has a beautiful view. The castle on the slopes is a bird's eye view of the curved beaches and piers filled with hundreds of yachts and sailboats. A few hundred meters from the castle to the city center is the Medina surrounded by the ancient city walls. Our Marina Cap Monastir-Apart’hotel is located on the other side of the castle castle. From the door of the room, you can see the light blue and white boats and masts in the levee. At the outermost end of the levee, there are three lighthouses of different colors, which play the role of finishing touches, making the picturesque scenery more perfect. The hotel and other hotels are white-walled blue window doors that look beautiful and elegant against the blue sea and blue sky. Although it is located at the pier, the hotel is safer and the traffic passes through the security checkpoint. The security guard of the office proposed to get on the bus to the hotel and take us to the lobby. Then, go back. Say you want to tip, but you can't come out; say you want to help, there is no smile from beginning to end; say security, he will not let go when he walks in other cars... In short, some are puzzling. Hotel facilities are good, but there are kettles and toasters better; WIFI is not strong enough, the room and room are different; there is a range hood, but the effect is not enough, even if the soup, the fragrance is mostly left in the room. On the top of the city, there is a big castle,which has a birds eye view of the port where there are hundreds of yachts and sailing ships. several hundred meters away from the castle, there is Medina Marina Cap Monastir-Apart'hotel is located in the port, which is downhill of the castle. From the Apartment, we can see the yachts and ships, with the colors of white and baby-blue, And three light-houses standing on the dykes, which makes the view perfect.

I’m writing this comment while seated at the Rosa Beach Hotel's restaurant, enjoying a refreshing cocktail with a glass of water and a beautiful candle. After a delicious dinner, I can confidently say this hotel offers a wonderful view, excellent food, and outstanding service, with a team that truly makes you feel welcome. Special thanks to M. Mohamed Jribi, Maher and Wael for making this experience even more memorable ❤️.

Nous avons découvert cet hôtel via des amis habitués (merci à Mehdi et Leila) Un hôtel avec un potentiel incroyable, beaucoup de charme, taille humaine donc très reposant pas énormément de monde et pendant la saison c'est vraiment un plus. L'hôtel est très bien pour les familles il fait bon y vivre, le personnel est à l'écoute très serviable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'espace piscine il y a en pour grand et petit sous la surveillance permanente du maître nageur. Vraiment un hôtel simple minimaliste et qualitatif qui se démarque de ce qu'on peut voir dans le coin J'encourage fortement toute l'équipe de l'hôtel Les Palmiers et nous reviendrons c'est certain. First i come hotel it was about 4 o’clock afternoon i was thinking i will get my room fast because they say check in is 3 o’clock but they left me waiting into 6 o’clock without any information and later they give me other room not what i book in site i was really so disappointed for my first day after long time trip then tomorrow everything is good, except food on hotel was not too much reach and so much expensive, for this we choose go outside to eat , room is good and clean
