Monastir Hotels with Gym

I visited this hotel on a family trip during late November. It was a lovely hotel with nice food and a lovely interior. The rooms were kept clean most of the staff were very friendly however a coupe of them were quite rude inside of the hotel. It was very sunny and the hotel is based on the beach which is a 30 second walk away. The location wasn’t to great. A lot of nothing either side of the hotel which isn’t a problem if you want to stay in the resort or a short taxi trip to the local city’s, sousse and Monastir. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a nice relaxed holiday. I want to say a big thank you to the waiter that is called aladin. He is usually working on the outside bar during the day and he keeps you well hydrated with regular beverages brought straight to you. You were so friendly and so kind throughout the whole trip. Seeing you put a smile on all of our faces. Thank you my friend! :)

Top hotel, top service, top food, top entertainment staff, no respect for hotel guests!!! Held hotel guests very naked very casual not dressed very shocking!!! in the hotel entrance hall and in the buffet restaurant it is necessary to review the clothing of certain customers (female) we must respect the very vulgar people see half naked for a very beautiful hotel it spoils the image of this hotel inappropriate behavior of certain customers and the host flirts with customers, a shame for such a beautiful establishment!!! To see urgently the rooms are perfect maid at the top very clean establishment despite the rest thank you to the service staff and respect the rest to see again urgently lack of respect thank you to the manager and the director to review certain details thank you for your welcome .

Fabulous week holiday 18-25th Oct24 OK 2 bad bits! 1..... yes the hotel definitely needs modernising and a refurb! 2..... as a couple who are none smokers upon arrival the smell of smoke and stale smoke is awful. Definitely needs to be no smoking inside!! Now the good bits..... granted not a 4☆ but our room was cleaned daily, food was edible even for the fussiest eater(me!). The animation/entertainment team seemed to be doing the best entertaining everyone. Can't speak for the alcohol as I personally do not drink alcohol but my husband said it was fine....did the job! Sunbeds.....plenty! Always somewhere to bathe! Staff were friendly even if you dont tip, staff are still friendly & helpful, never encountered any rude staff what so ever. But for me and my husband this hotel was great for what we wanted & needed and at a fabulous price it's a 5 from us! Definitely would go back! My top tip......definitely pay the extra for SeaView room it's so worth it!

We stayed a day in this hotel and what to say about customer service !!! Manel at the reception smiling and listening. Madame Saida has ensured that all our needs are met. The swimming pool is large in the surface and deep. The outdoor furnishings are well thought. There is a coffee with a beautiful view of the beach of Monastir. The buffet is different and clearly exceeded my expectations, compared to other internationally recognised hotels. In photo the view I had from the buffet terrace. Monastir has a beautiful view. The castle on the slopes is a bird's eye view of the curved beaches and piers filled with hundreds of yachts and sailboats. A few hundred meters from the castle to the city center is the Medina surrounded by the ancient city walls. Our Marina Cap Monastir-Apart’hotel is located on the other side of the castle castle. From the door of the room, you can see the light blue and white boats and masts in the levee. At the outermost end of the levee, there are three lighthouses of different colors, which play the role of finishing touches, making the picturesque scenery more perfect. The hotel and other hotels are white-walled blue window doors that look beautiful and elegant against the blue sea and blue sky. Although it is located at the pier, the hotel is safer and the traffic passes through the security checkpoint. The security guard of the office proposed to get on the bus to the hotel and take us to the lobby. Then, go back. Say you want to tip, but you can't come out; say you want to help, there is no smile from beginning to end; say security, he will not let go when he walks in other cars... In short, some are puzzling. Hotel facilities are good, but there are kettles and toasters better; WIFI is not strong enough, the room and room are different; there is a range hood, but the effect is not enough, even if the soup, the fragrance is mostly left in the room. On the top of the city, there is a big castle,which has a birds eye view of the port where there are hundreds of yachts and sailing ships. several hundred meters away from the castle, there is Medina Marina Cap Monastir-Apart'hotel is located in the port, which is downhill of the castle. From the Apartment, we can see the yachts and ships, with the colors of white and baby-blue, And three light-houses standing on the dykes, which makes the view perfect.

It was my fifth stay in Tunisia in 2024, unfortunately the worst one. First of all, the hotel looks much different than on the pictures: it is a huge, grey and depressing building with about 400 rooms. The hotel was fully booked and crowded so it remained me of a wasp nest: hungry, angry, loud. Completely insufficient staff for so many tourists ! Beach: 8 meters wide, people squeezed like sardines, lots of sea grass all around the shore. Swimming pool: salty water, very crowded. Bars: almost empty, 1-2 bottles present, you need to drink what is available (see the pictures) And the worst: main restaurant- real disaster: people fighting for a clean table, cutlery, food. I have never seen such a mess in my life. Mission impossible for the staff to do their job. All in all - the hotel is focused on maximum earning No value for money, no respect to the tourists. I am not happy to write such a review, but will not come back there ever again 😥

Nous avons découvert cet hôtel via des amis habitués (merci à Mehdi et Leila) Un hôtel avec un potentiel incroyable, beaucoup de charme, taille humaine donc très reposant pas énormément de monde et pendant la saison c'est vraiment un plus. L'hôtel est très bien pour les familles il fait bon y vivre, le personnel est à l'écoute très serviable. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'espace piscine il y a en pour grand et petit sous la surveillance permanente du maître nageur. Vraiment un hôtel simple minimaliste et qualitatif qui se démarque de ce qu'on peut voir dans le coin J'encourage fortement toute l'équipe de l'hôtel Les Palmiers et nous reviendrons c'est certain. The front desk of the hotel is very good. They helped to upgrade the room. The sea view is very beautiful. This is the most cost-effective hotel in Tunisia. The breakfast is very rich. It was built recently and the facilities are very new.
