Fabulous. Best place to stay in one of our favourite towns. The pick up so unique, brilliant breakfast, fabulous staff, beautiful room and amazing location. We can’t wait to come back!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem charmanten B&B! Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend und haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, zu Hause zu sein. Unser Zimmer war gemütlich, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Das Frühstück war fantastisch, mit frischen, regionalen Zutaten und einer großen Auswahl, die keine Wünsche offenließ. Besonders gefallen hat uns die schöne Aussicht von unserem Zmmer Name „Basilico“.Vielen Dank für den unvergesslichen Aufenthalt – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Grest experience! Very clean. Reception staff always available. Breakfast was great with huge variety. Also had a private parking garage which was convenient. Rocco was also very nice to give our family a ride to parking garage. Beautiful quiet spot in Monopoli

We had an amazing stay at Santa Maria 24 Luxury Apartments, the location in the old town is fabulous and just a few steps to the port, restaurants, bars and shops in the old town. . The service and attention to detail by all the staff was outstanding, they went over and beyond to ensure we were very well looked after.. We were picked up in a gorgeous little citron from the train station with a free transfer back again on our departure. The appartments were delightful very clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The breakfast each day was beautiful and the best we had in our whole 6 week trip away. We had dinner at their restaurant in the piazza 2 nights and both meals were delicious., Highly recommend if you come to Monopoli to stay here.

Simply a wonderful hotel/apartments. It is the second time my wife and I have stayed here for a week in the last year and it was excellent.
The staff are very helpful, the breakfasts could not be improved on from our perspective, they are brilliant and in general the location, choice of restaurants and everything else is excellent.
A great place to base yourself to explore Puglia. 15 minute walk to the station that takes you most places on the coast you will want to go.

Beautiful rooms, clean with self catering options. Very spacious. Cleaned every day. The staff on the front desk are extremely helpful and go out of their way to look after guests. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly highly recommend.

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I wanted to make sure to tell everyone how wonderful the Santa Maria 24 Apartments and the whole team associated with it are. I had a beautiful apartment overlooking the Adriatic. The apartment was clean and well maintained, large and well-appointed. I honestly think I'd be more than happy living there permanently. In case it matters to you, I'll offer one note of caution: the apartment I was in, the Santa Maria, was on the top floor in a building with no elevator. The walk up could be a challenge after a day of walking and spritzes. But that's hardly a criticism. The restaurant at the site is lovely. Nice breakfast, great for the evening aperitivo. Great soundtrack, by the way. Mostly I just really liked the people. Friendly, helpful, problem-solving, generous with recommendations without being pushy. The laundry service was very much appreciated. I will remember Florinda and Rocco most fondly as I recall my time in Monopoli.

We had a lovely stay at the Santa Maria 24. The hosts brothers Walter and Andrea were lovely as was the young woman that helped every morning but unfortunately I cannot recall her name. Our rooms were small but very comfortable and clean and the bathroom was modern . We had side-view rooms overlooking the square and even though there was a big town celebration going on when we were there and a lot of noisy people on the streets and in the square when you had your patio doors closed it was pretty quiet and sound proof. Breakfast was nice, after 3 weeks of making choices it was nice not have to make a decision here. Fresh juice, fruit, coffee, croissants, cake, bread, local cheese, meat were laid out for us and the only question was whether we wanted eggs as well and what kind of coffee we preferred. It was close to everything, with the beach righteous side our door. The restaurants they recommended were also very good with the Osteria Al Duoma being our favourite. The room, the service and the food were all amazing. We also went to Al Vaporetto and while what we ordered was good, it is more casual. We would definitely recommend the Santa Maria 24

Monopoli is one of the prettiest villages in Puglia and it's a chance to sleep in the pedestrian center. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. With a sea view as a bonus :) Plus, the breakfast buffet was amazing! very good with lots of choice. I also liked the fact that they picked us up in 2 CVs at the entrance to the city. I highly recommend
