J'ai réservé cet hotel en Mai, je n'ai pas reçu le message que m'avait envoyé la propriétaire pour rentrer dans la résidence puisqu'elle était absente et il n'y avait personne pour accueillir les clients. Je suis arrive et me suis trouve bloque dehors. Personne ne répondait au téléphone. Que faire ? Trouver un autre hotel. OK, ce sont des choses qui arrivent. Mais la propriétaire me facture 3 nuits quand même. Alors mon avis: a éviter, aucun sens du client - si problème personne ne sera la pour vous aider.
