My trip was to Houston. I had three young children ages 8,9,12. And two adults ages 26 and 51. We arrive at the hotel and police were in the parking lot. The worker seemed tired but was friendly. Once in our room, found that the two beds were doubles not queens. Also on bed was missing a mattress. The front desk said the had no other rooms available. He did bring a roller bed to help but I had three kids. They could not all fit. I spoke with manager the next morning about a discount or refund. He said he would call but has not.
