Cela fais plus de 10 ans que je reviens à Montbéliard, chaque année, pour le marché de Noël. Avec sa piscine et son sauna, l'hôtel Bristol à toujours attiré les convoitises. En ce qui me concerne, pouvoir disposer d'une piscine et d'un sauna dès 08:00 le matin est un luxe et un critère de sélection qui, au vu du nombre de chambres disponibles pour cette période de l'année, nous oblige à réserver dès le mois de juin. Depuis le changement de gérance, l'état de l'espace welness est littéralement déplorable et insalubre. Dépourvu de piscine propre et de sauna fonctionnel, cet hôtel n'est plus, toujours de mon point de vue, un hotel intéressant.

Problème dès notre arrivé. Malgré une réservation en bonne et due forme d'une place parking, avec le no de plaque et modèle du véhicule, le service de sécurité n'était pas informé de notre arrivée. Attendu 20 min pour pouvoir passé. Chambre plus petite qu'annoncé, moisissure au plafond au dessus de la douche. Tranche horaire imposé entre 6h30 et 7h50 pour le petit déjeuner. Hôtel annoncé avec piscine et spa: Pas de vestiaire, toilettes hors service, sauna hors service, couche de saleté au fond de la piscine qui s'en va aux doigts, clous rouillé qui dépasse de 8 cm à divers encadrement de porte où des charnières ont été arrachés. Nous sommes très déçus de constater que la qualité de prestation a fortement baissé.

Personnel très agréable ! En plein centre ville ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement à pied pour aller manger au restaurant où faire du shopping !
