L'agriturismo è posizionato in zona molto comoda vicino a Bologna e all'autostrada in generale, ma si trova sulle colline e offre una bella vista su un bosco, per dare un senso di relax. Il nostro appartamento era nella depandance lontana dalla piscina - niente di grave, c'è una piccola camminata in salita da fare, anche se dalla seconda volta abbiamo iniziato ad andare in macchina perché più comodo. Stanza ristrutturata di recente, ottima e funzionale con anche la macchina del caffè. Piscina immersa nel verde, in molte ore del giorno siamo stati gli unici ad usarla, un vero piacere stare in silenzio accompagnati solo dalla vista dei cavalli, che pascolano lì accanto. Ribadisco che i punti vincenti di questo agriturismo sono il fatto che sia facile e comodo da raggiungere (ne ho provati altri in zona e richiedevano troppi tornanti, troppa strada di campagna o lunghe salite in prima marcia), e l'area di relax dovuto alla posizione comunque isolata.

We had a bad experience with this place. The reception wasn't very friendly. A guy, who couldn't speak english at all, showed us our room (after we called a number because there was nobody around). The room looked incredibly old. The floor was dirty and on a few places the tiles were loose. It was a room with airconditioning but the system was too weak to cool the area down properly. The next morning we left the keys on the table and we left (because once again, we saw nobody). These people run this 'hotel' to have some earnings on the side. The activities with the horses are their main activity, they don't care about the sleeping guests. We paid more for our stay than the night before in a nice hotel. So we will never return here again.

Siamo stati in questo agriturismo una sola notte e ci è piaciuto molto. Il posto è incantevole, una vera oasi di relax immersa nei colli bolognesi. Area piscina molto carina, bellissimo stare in mezzo ai cavalli. Stanza nel casolare amplia e pulita.

La località é molto bella. La casa caratteristica. Le ragazze con cui abbiamo avuto contatto molto gentili, ma… Isolamento acustico assente: se avete vicini che chiacchierano fino a alle 2 di notte li sentite. Se fanno colazione alle 7 di mattina sentite il galoppo sulle scale di legno... Se poi gli ospiti vicini lasciano dei poveri cani chiusi sentite i loro lamenti come dentro casa vostra (informati i gestori che però non hanno avuto esisto). La piscina non é vicina, bisogna prendere la macchina o farsi una piccola camminata.

Siamo arrivati in una casetta molto piccola, tutto sporco, tutto vecchio ,la televisione non funzionava, stanchi volevamo dormire ma era pieno di cimici e sono stato ore per ammazzarli , circa 30 o piu´, grazie a Dio abbiamo dormito un paio di ore , il peggio del peggio ,da non consigliare neanche ai cani , strada di terra senza segnali,

Abbiamo passato una notte in questo “agriturismo” (che in realtà non né ha le caratteristiche) per la relativa vicinanza alla Unipol arena dove si svolgeva la Davis cup. Trattasi di un vecchio maneggio neanche ben curato, dove nella stanza non funzionava il decoder della tv, diverse lampadine non funzionanti lasciavano zone poco illuminate. Avendo richiesto la colazione, ci siamo trovati in camera (la sera prima) 2 panini, un piattino con della marmellata, una bottiglietta di succo di frutta, 1/2 panetto di burro, dell’uva in un pacchetto e 2 bottigliette d’acqua e la macchinetta del caffé con cialde. Tutto ciò per la bellezza di 16€ (dicendo che la colazione era genuina e non da “supermercato”). Ah, a proposito il pernottamento senza colazione era costato 90€, per cui fate voi. NON lo consiglio.

It's not a farmhouse, it's a riding school with old rooms full of cobwebs, dust and old beds. Rude and unprofessional staff. Television not working, zero privacy (the doors are crooked and very thin), the staff washing machine is on the landing a few steps from the rooms, not soundproofed, obviously the clothes are washed at 7.30 in the morning, in such an old house everything shakes. The pool is nice and luckily I found a net to clean it, it took me half an hour but the result was good. It's a place that has huge potential, but sadly it has been let go. Never again. P.S. this is the photo of the "reception" bathroom at 9am.

We were placed in an annex building, where we had to take the car. As a result, we were quite far from the swimming pool, around 500m. Our apartment was quite spacious and glad the air conditioning worked perfectly. there was the bare minimum, there were 4 of us, so 4 glasses, 4 plates, 4 knives, etc. and the sound insulation ******, we shared the TV program from the apartment below.
