Super location and nice rooms. Unfortunately a lot of coach parties arrived during and stay so it was super busy. I actually caught covid from one of the party who coughed all over me :((
Also when I asked for a towel for poolside I was rudely spoken to. Breakfast nothing special and breakfast room too busy
Would stay again but choose my time

Quando arrivi all’hotel rimani compiaciuto da una bella facciata bianco latte, stanza per due adulti e un bambino, bagno grande con vasca e doccia. La qualità delle finiture del bagno sono grossolane, sul pavimento del bagno in certe zone in controluce si vedono aloni e macchie. Richiesta pulizia della stanza dato che nella zona del letto della lanuggine ricopriva il pavimento. Pur avendo ricevuto le scuse dalle signore delle pulizie non posso sicuramente considerare un 4 stelle questo Hotel. Parcheggio dell’hotel non presente bisogna pagare € 5 al giorno presso l’hotel per parcheggiare nelle strisce blu. Colazione accettabile pur non avendo un caffè fatto da un bar ma da una macchinetta. A mio avviso non vale il prezzo richiesto.

È sicuramente un hotel di qualità con ottimo cibo, pulizia, gentilezza. Vicino al centro di Montecatini che è raggiungibile a piedi in tre minuti. Purtroppo ho riscontrato una disorganizzazione alla reception dove ci hanno chiesto dei soldi non dovuti e in più non erano a conoscenza del trattamento in pensione completa da noi prenotata( menomale che avevamo mail di conferma).

Quite a nice stay but could improve
A nice stay but could have been improved in some areas. No towels pool side and when I politely asked I was told “wait 10 minutes” then they were dumped on a wall and I wasn’t even told they were available. The breakfast is the same old thing every day and it’s like a canteen. Fruit poor and I don’t eat meat or eggs so v little for me. There is no choice - breakfast is always included. The coach loads kept coming so it was heaving at every breakfast time. Staff mainly v helpful although not all. One v smiley bar girl and one lovely girl in the breakfast room otherwise everyone just doing their job and that was it. Loved the use of bikes, gym nice and pool area pleasant. If only it was no smoking - too many times I had to move to get away from fumes.

Schöne Lage
Auf den ersten Blick eine schöne Anlage, auf den zweiten Blick mehr Schein als sein. Balkone voller Taubendreck, je Zimmer ein dreckiger Plastikstuhl auf dem Balkon, im Bad verkalkte Fliesen in der Dusche, Toilettenspülung nur mit dreimal drücken, Frühstück im Speiseraum wie in einer Kantine, genauso das Abendessen. Keinerlei Atmosphäre. Die Kellner lustlos. Das weibliche Personal ganz große Klasse. Immer bemüht.
