Hotel excelente, superou as expectativas. Localização ótima, bem no centro e na Av. 18 de julio, seguro, confortável e perto de tudo. Apartamentos amplos, limpos, tudo funcionando, cama excelente, café da manhã muito bom, funcionarios educados e simpáticos, banheiro amplo e tudo funcionando bem, chuveiro excelente. Ficamos num quarto superior com vista para a rua e no sexto andar, muito bom.

Those were days of good reception, good treatment and great tranquility at the Crystal Palace hotel, in Montevideo, in January 2024. I was well received by Geraldo and Rodrigo. I thank you both very much. I stayed in a large and very good room. Breakfast is trivial but satisfying. The hotel delivers what it charges per night. In other words, you don't have the feeling of having been deceived. They are simple but clean accommodations that function satisfactorily. Furthermore, it is very well located. I enjoyed spending part of my vacation at the Crystal Palace, my starting point for walking around silent Montevideo. Another piece of information I want to share is that I loved the Uruguayan people. They are receptive and polite people. How pleasant it was to talk to the Uber drivers, for example. Uruguay's biggest problem is the price of food. It is scary.

After having been to this Hotel several times, the truth is that it has gotten worse in terms of attention and quality of the rooms and services. Bad will from reception staff, some don't even say hello. Ironing is still an additional service with a cost, it is one of the few hotels that at this point does not have an ironing room or an iron per room.

The hotel concierge told me that there was no availability, in standard the only thing available was superior, and then he gave us a room where nothing worked, for example the television, the bathroom did not work well, the bidet, and then we changed, and I did not have the possibility of leaving said hotel, because I had to pay for a 2-day stay at check-in, then they moved me to another room, also with negative details, for example the broken padding, I mentioned it, and nothing, poor breakfast, and basically a very bad experience, I do not recommend it, the room was so closed that we were short of air,
