An outstanding mix of old and new. The room (2) was modern,the bathroom spotless and new, but the common areas had that old fashioned look whilst being clean and up to date if that makes sense. The food was first rate and service spot on, especially Beth at the bar. A credit to the hotel.

Really good food. Everything was piping hot and plenty of it. Outstanding service from all staff. We usually come out here on a Saturday but as our daughters were over, we decided to go out for a roast and it didn't disappoint. I highly recommend Mellington the food. wine and service was excellent.

Mellington Hall has been a beloved spot for us for over 25 years, and it never fails to impress. The food is consistently lovely, with a menu that includes both à la carte and basket meal options. It's a fantastic convenience that they offer takeaway meals, making it perfect for when staying on the caravan park. The seafood linguine was a standout dish, it was absolutely delicious. The current manager and his team are exceptional—always welcoming and friendly, they create a warm and inviting atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. Thank you to all at Mellington Hall.

We had our wedding here and could not have asked for the most perfect place. The food was delicious from our wedding dinner, evening snack to breakfast) with everyone impressed. The setting is perfect and staff did everything they could to make the day special. Special shout out to Henri (manager, Beth in bar and Rob chef) and all who worked there on 16th August Highly recommend getting married here and we will back to celebrate
