Amazing spot to stay. Central location with easy tram and train access. Room came with a little kitchenette and was very spacious

The cleanliness of the premises is not exemplary, particularly in the common areas, carpeted corridors and elevator for example. The equipment is defective (lamp at the head of the bed, socket in the bathroom or shower support). In some rooms, there is no pressure in the pipes, which is not practical for washing with a trickle of water. I was changed rooms to improve my comfort, and indeed the pressure was better there. The bedding is not very comfortable. Breakfast is €16, advertised as local and organic and you expect an offer that matches the price. However, it is quite disappointing. Served from 6:30 a.m., the scrambled eggs arrived at 7:15 a.m., cold. I travel a lot and am able to compare. In short, disappointment compared to a 4* rating.

Nothing to say about the location and cleanliness of the establishment but on the other hand the noise emanating from the facilities is simply unbearable, there is not even air conditioning in the room. I did not sleep all night and as a bonus I came out with a headache 💀. I do not know building A but B is not ideal for resting 😴
