The location is great, with a wide variety of restaurants nearby. They offer free breakfast, but the air conditioning in the room was really weak; I was boiling hot! I reported the issue to the front desk, and they did send someone to fix it, but it still wasn't enough.

It was okay, but there's no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up and down the stairs yourself. Parking was almost $40 a night.

Hotel location is nice , staff are friendly and helpful, but the photos at the App is tricky, we had photos and information that the room is 25 square meters and double bed actually the room is too small almost 12 meters and bed is too small not as double bed and we didn’t realize this till we arrive there any way we had only one night and wasn’t pleasant

The location is good, and the breakfast is average, but it's enough to provide nutrition for most of the day.

The hotel has an excellent location, with a bus stop right outside, making it convenient for getting around (though you need to transfer once to get to Mount Royal and the airport/train station). Art galleries and bustling areas are within walking distance. The building is old and has no elevator, so those who have difficulty climbing three floors should consider this option. However, the front desk staff were very helpful and quickly sent someone to assist with luggage during check-in and check-out. The rooms are spacious and have all the necessary amenities (coffee maker, bathrobe, ironing board). The bathroom is spacious, and although the facilities look old, they are all in good condition. The heating is powerful, and the hot water in the bathroom is excellent, exceeding my expectations, allowing me to sleep well. The toilet's water pressure pipe pressurizes every few minutes, which is a bit noisy; it's best to turn off the valve before bed and turn it back on in the morning. The breakfast is plentiful and affordable, with proper stainless steel cutlery and ceramic plates, much better than disposable tableware. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is more beautiful than in the pictures. It's clean and the service is good. However, the floor makes a little noise when walking.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the subway station, and has convenient living facilities nearby. The hotel staff has a very good service attitude. The large bed in the room is very comfortable, and the breakfast is simple and delicious. The only drawback is that it is a bit old, and the wooden floor tends to rattle.
