Hopeless hotel and it's management. Booking made through trip.com and paid in Aus$ but hotel refused to accept the booking. Spoke to trio.com and they sent an email still hotel said they have not received any booking nor email. At last I have yo pay again in local currency. Now fighting trip.com to get refund.
Don't know if fault is from trip.com or from hotel but customer suffered and lost faith with trip.com and hotel.

The manager gave me the worst room of hotel & asked to not to shift Didn’t gave me options to see what I hv booked. I must say the manager should be changed as he was the old mind person who can never be changed & never called as manager as his crews were also depressed from him. The worst service ever provided…

I had a wonderful time at Hotel Grand Sai. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quick. My room was clean and spacious, with a nice view. The pool and gym were great, and I loved the breakfast buffet. The hotel is also close to local attractions. I highly recommend Hotel Grand Sai and would definitely come back!

The rooms were too small and the wash room was also very small and not maintained proper hygiene. As per the cost of the room it is not worth at all.
