We spent one night here. The front office staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and everything worked as it should. The area felt safe. The mini frig had a freezer section so we were able to refreeze the blue ice from our cooler. Breakfast wasn't spectacular, but nonetheless had a decent offering (sausage, omelette, cereals, yogurt, muffins, and a few other things). There was lemon infused water available in the front lobby. I would recommend this hotel.

I feel very safe at the comfort inn as a solo female traveler. Rooms are always clean and the place is very quiet. I travel here quite often and the staff are always very friendly. My only complaint would be that he auto sensor lights that come on by themselves are very annoying! If I get up in the middle of the night to use restroom I do not need to be blinded by a bunch of lights! But I will continue to return, it is a great value

After a 3 hour drive and a long day my family was exhausted. We arrived at the comfort inn in Morgan hill Ca. And the night attendant was very unprofessional and seemed to not like her job. She was not customer friendly and said I had a fake I.D. Told me I was on the do not rent list which was impossible because I had never stayed there before. She wouldn’t give me her name instead called the police. This night attendant not only caused my family to lose sleep but also the confidence that choice hotels was a right choice. I am deeply saddened by the poor customer service by the night attendant in Morgan hill Ca. And I hope she receives the proper training and a course in common knowledge to help her to learn to assist the customer.I WILL NEVER CHOOSE CHOICE! Thanks to Morgan hill ca. night attendant

Je recommande totalement cet hôtel. Le personnel est super et serviable. Nous avons eu un soucis avec notre voiture de location et l'accueil nous a immédiatement aidé avec le loueur bien qu'ils n'étaient pas obligés de le faire. Les chambres sont très belles, grandes et propres. Bonne literie. Hôtel calme. Bon petit déjeuner. Tout était parfait, Merci pour tout.
