The lobby is nice, but the rooms are small and the facilities are old and far below expectations. It's far from the standard of a four-star hotel, worse than a three-star hotel. The advantage is that it is very close to the station and connected to the JR station. It is convenient to take the bus. It is within an acceptable range to walk to the park.
