I had an extremely disappointing experience at La Gracia Resort Morjim, and I would not recommend it to anyone. From the day of check-in to the checkout, the management displayed unprofessional behavior and a complete lack of concern for guest satisfaction. There was no clarity about the events planned for Christmas and New Year, leaving guests confused and frustrated. The owner seemed utterly indifferent to customer service, which is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. The only saving grace was the housekeeping staff, who were polite and helpful. Unfortunately, their efforts were overshadowed by the poor management and overall mismanagement of the property. If you’re looking for a place where you can feel cheated and disrespected, this is the property for you. I regret choosing this resort and would never return. Avoid at all costs! Inspite of committing that there will be some events in Christmas and New year for room guest ,till last moment they didn't have any clarity . Also for 31st they announced us food and drinks and next they asked for food bill .Such and pathetic experience. This is worst place to spoil your vacation.
