When I look at the photo you posted, it looks like it was taken when you used the room on the 2nd floor. First of all, regarding the beds in our guest rooms, all rooms except Japanese-style rooms have a bed pad on top of the spring mattress. We sincerely apologize that the firmness of the mattress did not meet the expectations of the anonymous user. Next, regarding the air conditioning in our hotel, due to the management system, the air conditioning is controlled for each floor, and we apologize for the inconvenience. The contents of the air conditioning management system are as follows: ・May to September → cooling and dry only ・October to April → heating only increase. If you operate differently, an error or inspection display will occur, and all rooms on the floor will be unusable. As I imagine you already know, we would like to ask you to display the above information at the front desk, next to the elevator on the 1st floor, and in the elevator.
