The property is at a high level of accommodation for the area, however, broken fixtures and leaking toilets across the bathroom floor were issues we faced. The room did not match the online pictures. This was pointed out and the room changed. Staff were friendly and attentive for the most part. Food was good.

My son (15) and I did a mt meru and Kilimanjaro via the Umbwe route with Jagged Globe and their local partner Keys Hotel. The planning, organising and execution was faultless. The instructions pre trip were helpful and concise and the service on the ground, from the hotel accommodation to the guides (Bosco and Moses) and porter team was first class. A further special mention must be given to Bosco and Moses from Keys, they were the two best guides I’ve ever had. Their care, skills and fitness levels were remarkable. The whole porter team was brilliant. Miranda from Keyes hotel also made our stay at the hotel outstanding. My thanks to the Jagged Globe team and their partners.

This is a great place to stay in Moshi. Super friendly staff and the Hotell is super clean. Bar and restaurant area is excellent to relax after activities nearby. Stayed there before and after the climb to Kilimanjaro. Highly recommended. The breakfast could have been better and have more options, but all in all this was a great place.

Our Visit was amazing and our Barkeeper Hans made every evening a special event! The rooms were clean and we had everything we needed. All of the personal was very nice and helped us with everything. Breakfast was also nice and plenty full. Thanks to the whole Team!

Laute Klimaanlage kein Balkon es gibt einen Pool mit Plastikliegen ohne Handtücher für Hotelgäste, keine Sonnenschirme. Restaurant mit leider schlechter bis mittlerer Qualität des Essens. Morgens beim Frühstück hat es leider sehr lange gedauert bis Kaffee, Brot etc. nachgefüllt wurde. Es gibt eine Terrasse mit Blick auf den Kilimandscharo. Vermutlich ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Kilimandscharo Besteigungen, wir würde dieses Hotel als Paar im Rahmen unserer Tansania Rundreise nicht nochmal buchen.

Very friendly hotel, specialised on tourists climbing kilimandjaro. Hotel restaraunt is one of the best places to eat, that you can find in the city. Wi-Fi os good. Administration can link you with guides if you dont have one. Barmen Hans can make your stay very delightful)

We had an amazing trip. Keys staff; Miriam, Trizer, Swai & Tito were with us every step of the way. We spent 3 days in Zanzibar & 3 on Safari. It was so wonderful to come home to Keys. I would love to go back and would definitely want to stay at Keys again!

Nice hotel, I stayed here three times during my travel. There are rooms and small houses. For me rooms were better. Very pleasant staff. You can keep your luggage while traveling. Good restaurant, tasty food, very very very cute barmans. Especially Hans, we had nice conversation with him, he advised me good local wine. But all of the waitress and barmens were so good with good English and very polite maners. Like this place and highly recommend it
