This is a great hotel to stay at when coming to climb Kili, but good lord - is the service in the restaurant ever slow. The servers are quite pleasant, and the food at the restaurant is very good - but it takes HOURS. There is a warning on the menu to give 45 minutes notice, but even when we were the only table, it took almost 2 hours one night. 90 minutes on average. Everything else - really great experience. Spacious rooms. Hot shower. Great poolside area, good massages on site - we spent 4 nights here, 2 on each side, and the time on meal prep is the worst I have ever experienced.

a fantastic hotel to stay in. the staff at the hotel is amazing. the restaurant at the hotel is very reasonable in price and the food is great. you have to wait for the cook to prepare the fresh food as it takes time. try the stonytangewezi ginger soda at the hotel. it is fantastic. i think the water in moshi makes for an excellent soda. even the cokes taste great. their masala chips are awesone. the rooms are great. wifi service is a little choppy but does work i was able to do facetime there. if you are on a safari, you can safely store your luggage there. you have to book a room as they fill up fast

Das Hotel ist schlicht, aber man hat alles was man braucht. Es ist alles sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch mein Fahrer vom Flughafen zum Hotel und zum Kilimanjaro war sehr nett und ist sogar stehen geblieben damit ich Fotos machen kann. Ich war sehr zufrieden und kann es nur empfehlen!

Super clean rooms, exceptional service, great pool and restaurant. The perfect starting point for Machame Kili route and safaris. They will even hold your luggage until you return. Service is the best. Ac in the rooms nice hot showers. Be sure to book here

- Lit très dur - chambre vieillotte - frigo + climatisation très bruyants - déjeuné très basic - piscine salle SVP! Ne faites pas laver vos habits là-bas. Ils ont tout mélangé et notre linge blanc est devenu gris/bleu. ILS NE PRENNENT AUCUNE RESPONSABILITE! Je n'ai jamais vu une telle mauvaise foi et un service aussi minable. Très honnêtement allez ailleurs ou le service est meilleur et le prix moins cher (voir sur sites de réservation), il ne faut pas récompenser ce genre d'établissement.

Un bon hotel, correspond à 3 étoiles chez nous. Bien entretenu, jardin et piscine. Ma chambre était très grande, avec un petit salon. Le restaurant sert beaucoup de plats Indien, le gérant étant Indien. Les personnel est serviable, j'ai pu quitter ma chambre à midi et laisser les affaires dans la reserve, puis avant de partir à l'aéroport j'ai pu prendre une douche à la piscine. C'est la compagnie d'excursion qui m'a réservée la chambre avant et après l'ascension du Kili. Il faut savoir aussi qu'il y a des coupures générales d'électricité indépendamment de l'hôtel.

This is the perfect hotel to stay in when either planning to climb Kilimanjaro or going on a safari. The reception staff are excellent and always have the biggest smiles to welcome you. The breakfast has a wide range of options and the dinner menu is excellent too. It is best to pre order as the chef cooks to order and meals will take 45mins to an hour after ordering. Take time to go upstairs to relax and enjoy the view of the mountain in the outdoor lounge on floor 3. We extended our stay here after climbing Kilimanjaro as we needed to time to relax after the climb.

Stayed at the Parkview Inn, Moshi before and after my trip to climb Mount Kilimanjaro. All the staff including receptionists, porters, cooks waitresses, and cleaners were all very well spoken and polite. Being ever so helpful when possible. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had mosquito nets fitted to beds. Good selection of foods at breakfast albeit for me the butter and jams etc need to be better presented (individual packets?) rather than exposed to all. Good choice af meals. I had masala chicken and steamed rice and their vanilla ice cream which was fantastic. Can be a bit of noise on the front road early in the morning but a good central location in the town next to banks, the market and supermarkets. The hotel has a nice relaxed seating area sound the pool albeit the loungers are a wee bit tired. Views of Mount Kilimanjaro on a clear day are unbeatable. The hotel made me feel safe and secure and also provided free WiFi throughout. Would stay again when in Moshi.
