As soon as I arrived at the door of the hotel, the staff greeted me warmly to help with the luggage, and patiently introduced the surrounding play routes. The environment of the homestay is even more difficult to pick, the courtyard is clean and elegant, the green plants are scattered, and the atmosphere is large. The layout of the room is warm and high-end, the bedding is skin-friendly and comfortable, the bathroom amenities are all available, and even the aroma of the sink is exquisite. The most worry-free thing about business trips is that parking is super convenient. The homestay has its own exclusive parking space. You don't have to find parking spaces everywhere, don't worry about posting tickets, and the sense of security is directly full. More pleasantly surprised is the complimentary breakfast, the porridge is soft and sweet, the flower rolls and the dishes are all freshly made, and there are local special pickles, which are nutritious and delicious, and the stomach is warm. GGuest UserShengdelou Hotel is located on the road outside the town, across the road is the river, and it is more than 10 minutes' walk from the main scenic spot. It is a bit far, but the boss is very good. He will drive us as long as we request it. The hotel has three floors of imitation cave buildings, which are neat and tidy, but the cleaning lady is indifferent. She will not come in to clean even if you stay for a few days, and you have to find the boss to empty the trash can. Originally, I booked this hotel for the praise of breakfast in the comments, but the boss for us individual guests does not make breakfast, so we go to a small restaurant nearby. The facilities are a bit old, and the door switch needs to be kicked or pulled hard to close; the toilet seat will move and tilt to one side; the water output of the water heater is very small, either too cold or too hot. In short, these shortcomings are eliminated by the boss's enthusiastic and responsive service attitude. He will roar a Shaanxi folk song for the guests, care about the elderly in our team who can't walk, and send us a thermos cup pulled in the hotel. Thank you, boss!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a new district with convenient above-ground and underground parking. The rooms are large, and the facilities are acceptable. It's newly opened, so opening the windows for ventilation is sufficient.
However, the service is lacking. Here are some objective observations:
1. I booked through Ctrip. Upon arrival, I presented my ID, but couldn't find the booking information. I showed them my Ctrip booking record, and they manually entered the information and set the price. After waiting for over ten minutes, it was finally processed.
2. My family booked two Garden Superior Twin Rooms. The rooms are arranged in a U-shape. The front desk staff gave us rooms 10 and 13, but upon going upstairs, we found they were at opposite ends, as shown in the picture. We explained to the staff that we had elderly people and children and asked if they could arrange for them to be next to each other or on the same side. The staff first asked if we had specifically mentioned this during check-in. This was the first time I'd encountered this problem in 15 days of travel. The staff processed the request, and we waited. We were given room keys, but it turned out they had only changed the floor; we were still at opposite ends, and the previous room was identical. It's clear the staff weren't familiar with the room layout. We could have easily understood if they had simply said ”no” or informed us beforehand.
3. Each room had four small bottles of mineral water, and there were two more in the refrigerator. Because the location is in a new area with few restaurants, and delivery takes about an hour, I decided to make instant noodles. I bought instant noodles in the lobby downstairs and called the front desk to ask for four bottles of mineral water. When the staff heard I asked for water, they asked, ”Did you see the two bottles of water in the refrigerator?” I replied, ”Yes, I saw them, I need to make instant noodles.” Having stayed in hotels for so many years, this is the first time I've needed an explanation to ask for mineral water.
4. I initially shared a room with an elderly person. After dinner, I went to a second room with my child. Upon entering, I found only one bottle of water in the refrigerator, and the shoebox hadn't been put inside. Isn't this standard practice in every room? The difference was obvious when comparing the two rooms.
All of the above are facts, and I have photographic evidence. I've never given a bad review before, but this time I have to. The facilities are fine, but the service is terrible, not worth the brand and price. The staff said it was due to shift change and the overseas work system. Personally, I don't think these are valid reasons, because these are common occurrences. If this is the case with common problems, they are even less able to handle unexpected issues.

GGuest UserThe hotel where I stayed on a business trip some time ago must be Amway for everyone! When I got off the bus, I was amazed by the location of the hotel and the surrounding transportation was convenient.
Entering the room, the clean and tidy comfort came. The beds were neatly laid out, and the sheets and quilts gave off a faint smell of sunlight, which made people relax instantly. The furniture is arranged in a regular manner, there is no dust, and the floor is bright enough to shine. The bathroom makes me a clean patient who can't pick the problem, the corners are clean, there is no trace of dirt, and I will come back next time!
