GGuest UserTreasure-level homestay, with a sign at the door saying immovable cultural relics. I went in and took a look. The owner was very attentive. The room was clean and hygienic, with a toilet and a shower. The owner contacted us for authentic Yellow River carp, which was 199 per catty outside. The owner contacted us for a small price to eat the Yellow River fish stew. It was beautiful in one word. The owner personally cooked the farmhouse meal, which was delicious and economical. I will introduce friends to come next time. The couple is very simple. Thanks again to the owner for letting me spend a pleasant holiday.

The front desk staff smiled kindly and checked in efficiently and quickly. The aunt in the room cleaned meticulously, the room was more spacious than expected, and the bedding was soft and comfortable enough to want to buy the same home. The hotel is also equipped with robots to deliver goods, and there is a storage cabinet for luggage storage.

The rooms are clean and sanitary, the owner is very enthusiastic, and the price-performance ratio is good. The room we booked this time is on the first floor, close to the road, and the noise of driving is relatively large. GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a new district with convenient above-ground and underground parking. The rooms are large, and the facilities are acceptable. It's newly opened, so opening the windows for ventilation is sufficient.
However, the service is lacking. Here are some objective observations:
1. I booked through Ctrip. Upon arrival, I presented my ID, but couldn't find the booking information. I showed them my Ctrip booking record, and they manually entered the information and set the price. After waiting for over ten minutes, it was finally processed.
2. My family booked two Garden Superior Twin Rooms. The rooms are arranged in a U-shape. The front desk staff gave us rooms 10 and 13, but upon going upstairs, we found they were at opposite ends, as shown in the picture. We explained to the staff that we had elderly people and children and asked if they could arrange for them to be next to each other or on the same side. The staff first asked if we had specifically mentioned this during check-in. This was the first time I'd encountered this problem in 15 days of travel. The staff processed the request, and we waited. We were given room keys, but it turned out they had only changed the floor; we were still at opposite ends, and the previous room was identical. It's clear the staff weren't familiar with the room layout. We could have easily understood if they had simply said ”no” or informed us beforehand.
3. Each room had four small bottles of mineral water, and there were two more in the refrigerator. Because the location is in a new area with few restaurants, and delivery takes about an hour, I decided to make instant noodles. I bought instant noodles in the lobby downstairs and called the front desk to ask for four bottles of mineral water. When the staff heard I asked for water, they asked, ”Did you see the two bottles of water in the refrigerator?” I replied, ”Yes, I saw them, I need to make instant noodles.” Having stayed in hotels for so many years, this is the first time I've needed an explanation to ask for mineral water.
4. I initially shared a room with an elderly person. After dinner, I went to a second room with my child. Upon entering, I found only one bottle of water in the refrigerator, and the shoebox hadn't been put inside. Isn't this standard practice in every room? The difference was obvious when comparing the two rooms.
All of the above are facts, and I have photographic evidence. I've never given a bad review before, but this time I have to. The facilities are fine, but the service is terrible, not worth the brand and price. The staff said it was due to shift change and the overseas work system. Personally, I don't think these are valid reasons, because these are common occurrences. If this is the case with common problems, they are even less able to handle unexpected issues.

AAnonymous UserMust blow up this elegant hotel! 🏨 The facilities are really super intimate 🛌 All room types are equipped with air conditioning + floor heating, super warm in winter! The door cracks are also equipped with mute bars, and sleep is completely undisturbed by the sound of the corridor! The bathroom is also superb, 24 hours hot water is available, disposable toiletries are all equipped (tooth sets, shower gel), and paper and disposable slippers are also prepared! The most surprising thing is the vending machine in the room, family planning supplies and chargers directly scan the code to buy, privacy and convenience, much more trouble than going to the front desk! ✨
Health is simply reassuring! ✨ The newly opened decoration is super clean, the bedding is white and fluffy, and the tabletop floor is spotless. Every day, an aunt cleans up, and even the corners are cleaned up. Plus the whole house floor heating, bare feet are not afraid of cold!
Environmental traffic is absolutely amazing! 🚶♀️ Hospital escort party ecstasy walk 200 meters directly to the First People's Hospital of Luliang City, it is too worry-free to see the family members live here! The student party is also miserable~ 🚶♀️1.3 kilometers to Luliang College, it is super convenient to go to school! Business trip party is more cool, free bus 2 stops to Luliang Railway Station, no need to hurry! There is also free parking at the door 🅿️, self-driving is super worry-free!
The service is intimate to burst 💗! The front desk lady is super enthusiastic, and she will send 2 bosses' own walnuts 🌰 when she checks in. The check-out can be extended to 14:00, so you don't have to hurry. The laundry room has a fully automatic drum washing machine, and you are not afraid that the clothes are not enough to change for a long time on business trip. The point is that you don't step on thunder at all, and the description is 100% consistent with the real thing! 🏆 Next time you come to Luliang, you will definitely stay here!
